Very nice salon. They are very good on sterilization of products. Beautiful mani and pedi.

Awful. I do not think the girl that did my nails was trained or licensed. I had to tell her twice to stop drilling she was drilling through my nail bed. She polished my whole left hand without re-dipping the nail brush. Clear shellac, but still… i would like product on my nails, in fairly even coats. None of my nails are even. Uneven nails break. At time of lotion/massage … one hand got lotion. The other hand I got cutical oil. The salon is dirty. A good cleaning and dusting would make a huge difference.

I ended up at Sydney Nails Spa because two of my own clients have told me such good things about them. I was unfortunately disappointed when I walked in, I was expecting so much more. My experience was what has become average in the nail salon world. I asked for a full set of almond shaped acrylics with shellac and a pedicure. The pedicure was average and the massage was very light. My acrylics were uneven and far too long even after I told the man that I felt they were still too long. I ended up coming back only to have my acrylics shortened and evened out. Whenever he got up to check on something I grabbed the nail file and had to even them out some more because they still were not what I wanted. On another note, as a licensed esthetician I felt that the sanitation was not up to par. Sorry Sydney Nails Spa, I will not be returning.

Longest lasting pedi I’ve ever had… And that’s impressive considering how much I skate. Also had my nails done for my wedding… they were beautiful!

This trip was unplanned. I had just came out of work with jeans on. The worker offered me to wear a cover up so I could receive my spa pedicure. I had the deluxe pedicure and it felt fabulous. The staff were so welcoming and kind. Overall I had a wonderful experience.

I went there for eyelash extension.(Grand opening special rate) My experience is very bad. The technician was rough when putting the stickers on my lids. Then the liquid solution(For taking off my previous extensions or glue for new lashes. NO idea) got in my eyes… BOTHEYES!!! It hurt so much!!! She doesn’t speak English and couldn’t understand why I was pissed. The owner came in just to tell me DON“T OPENYOUREYES”. WTH is that comment?! It hurt so much that I couldn’t open my eyes anyway! There is no options on the length and thickness of lash. She glued lashes on my real lashes and some just on my skin!!! My eyes hurt for 3 to 4 days. Not to mention the extensions were so sticky for about a week. They literally stick on the corner of my lower lid that I couldn’t open part of my eyes. I had to use my fingers to get my eyes open. Very annoying. I would never go to a nail salon to have eyelash extensions on, especially not here. NEVER.

I got a shellac polish change on Christmas Eve and it was the worst shellac polish I have ever had, ever. The technician left globs of polish on the ends of my nails creating a bulbous effect. The bottom of the nails are smooth then the polish is in globs on the tips. The globs started peeling off within 2 days leaving a rough surface on my nails exposing a dull first coat of polish. Additionally, the technician did not get the polish close to the cuticle so it looks like I have 2 weeks of growth already. In only 6 days. I want to go back and get them to redo the polish but honestly I don’t think I will. I really think the technician needed glasses.

Went with my daughter and mother today and all 3 of us had a great experience. They even had a special basin for my mom since she cannot get out of her wheelchair into one of the pedicure chairs. They were super nice. Pedicure was great and I even went for a 10 minute chair massage that was amazing.

Very sad to say that they are under new management and the services have suffered. Their VIP room used to serve beverages and snacks, and gave private service. Now the manager says, we have to pay $ 10 per person extra for a soda because they have to clean it up when we are done. HUH? He said, you can get it cheaper just doing it the normal way. Yep-nuff said. The lady that did my nails did a great job, along with the pedicure, but the entire time I was getting my nails done, the owners two small children were running around the salon screaming, throwing things at each other, etc… not a salon experience, I assure you. So, went to Regal Nails at Walmart…
