Spring Shadows

Visiting my fiancé. Someone parked in his designated spot, so I parked in a neighbors spot… I came back out and my car was towed quickly. Parking is very tight and it is not clear where guests are supposed to park or if guests are allowed to park under the covered parking. The apartments seem pretty ghetto as well. Get rid of the designated parking spots and fix your parking lot or why you are at it just tear the stupid apartments down. They are ugly anyways.

I really like it here only thing is Tow trucks are quick to take your car!!! And it’s $ 300 to get it out!!! Watch where you park!!! Also I hate that they lock he pool up during summer! :(who the hell does that?! And another thing that suck is that you don’t have a washer machine and dryer I’m the apartment… You have to pay $ 10 per load to do laundry… Which is bullshit! So sick of it!

First time renters beware, this is not a place to rent from if your new to buying your first aparment. I have had so many problems with this place. The first was overcharging customers and not informing the properly. I had to ask why things were showing up and noone in the leasing office seem to care. Second is the parking. after 7:00 if you dont have a reserved spot goodluck finding a spot to park. I can not tell you how many nights I stayed up waiting for a spot to park. Third, the fact that the aparment complex is so dirty and that they have random tow trucks and officers. They werent there all the time. Fourth what pissed me off most is no privacy I had mutiple people in my home when I wasnt twhere. How many of us like unwelcomed vistors. Last but not least customer service, the ignorance of the women that works there ticks me off. Too much attitude for dealing with customeers. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYONE!

Super cheap good quality apartments. 5 pools, covered parking for residents, and even an exit code and 2 security guards patrolling at all times. I’d do it again! I love my place.
BEWARE: parking for residents is assigned. Guests all must park outside of the gate. There is little to no guest parking.
