I had my pedicure done and I love it!!! They did a great job. Very clean, good atmosphere and friendly people. Definitely will be back!!!

Do not go to this salon the owner Rosie is racist. me and my sister I law had walk in for polish change and let me insure you it was are first time and right away the owner had an attitude making us feel like we was homeless or something like if we can not afford to pay $ 7 for polish really so we chosen are color and sat down she started to yell at us saying its gonna cost us $ 10 to remove shellac and yelling so loud that other customers started starring at her she said its $ 17 are you sure you want to do it I was like yes mam I can afford $ 17 and pulled out a stack of money she said that’s fine and walked away so one of the employees started to remove my polish buff my nails and said go wash your hands the time I came back she started on another customer I sat there for 10 min so the manager came to do my nails instead anyways she kept giving me dirty looks so I said do you have a problem she said yes you people come her all the time and ask for price and I said is that a problem that people ask for price you are a business and I don’t have family that come here you must be mistaken me for someone else she said I’m done and we will not offer you no
basically I look like the same race like the people that she didn’t like and embarrassed me and treat me like dirt she should not own a business and treat people like they don’t deserve anything just because Rosie needs anger management

Eyebrows and lip are now on point! The manager Rose or Rosie did me. I was there for 2 minutes in and out. #rosedidgreat

I got my nails done somewhere else and just did notice the fake plastic look. I came to Serene for my fill-​in and WHAT A STARK DIFFERENCE! My nails are GORGEOUS and have that translucent quality like real nails! I won’t go anywhere else!

Do not get your nails done here. They are very unprofessional, rude, and rushed my friend and I. Even the owner or manager is rude. Skip this place. I just had my nails done today and 5 hrs later they still aren’t completely dry. Maybe due to old nail polish with too much acetone???

I love Serene Nails and Spa! They are open on Sundays which is convenient with my busy schedule. The Owner Rosie is so welcoming and gets to know all the customers by name. I get Manicures, Pedicures, Face Waxes and Facials on a regular basis. I even bring my 9 year old daughter in for services and she gets treated so well.

This place is awesome and super affordable, 50 min pedis for $ 45 you can’t beat that and the ladies are do nice.

I agree… the owner is INSANE! I started going here to get eyelashes and from the start, the owner and staff greeted me at the door quickly telling me the prices for eyelash extension and how it would last a month. I agreed to the price and service, paid, and went on my merry way. They lasted a week and a half so went back in for touch up and Rosie told me it would be cheaper, for the fact that they did not last as long as promised. I agreed and kept going for about 3 months. They explained and I understood that the eyelash extensions can be different for each person. Rosie let the girl go who was doing them, so she started to do my eyelashes and each time I went in she would act curt and annoyed. I am pretty easy going and liked the results enough to over look her behavior. But, then on my last visit, she totally blew up at me, telling me that she was the only one to do my eyelashes because no other employee will do them for that price, etc. etc. etc. As I listened, lying on the table, I was appalled! She (Rosie) was EXTREMELY RUDE! I told her I had never been spoken to that way anywhere I was a patron and she just kept going on and on. I was visibly shaken so much that I cried. THAT WAS THE LAST TIME I WAS THERE AND WILL NEVER GO AGAIN. Yes, the owner Rosie, is insane, non-​curteous, not customer oriented, and extremely rude!!!

I got a great refill and pedicure, BUT the owner is insane. Although they had a sign on the door that said they accept checks, they would not accept. I had left my purse at the house as I was just dropping my daughter off at chuch for bible study. The owner locked me in the store and wouldn’t let me leave unless I got someone to bring cash or credit card. I called the HCSO and a sheriff had to come to get me out. Absolute insanity… My daughters refer this to the night that I was late picking them up because I was held hostage at a nail salon.

Wow… Did you tell Rosie? There is nothing she would not do to please you. I have known Rosie for 16 years… she is all about her customers. She stopped working on Sundays to allow some family time. Amelia. I had a bad Sunday experience and I told her about it, she made it right, and some people were not there the next time I went. What she does not know she can not fix. Mary gives the best massage ever.

Okay let me first of say 5 years ago I would have given Serene 6 stars if I could. They were my go to place. $ 20 for a spa pedicure, and it was fabolous! And around $ 25 to $ 30 for a full set/​fill. Fast forward to now. The owners are the same, but all they are consumed in is $$$. Never fails, everytime I went to get my nails done, a few of my nails would break. Example: I went to get my nails done on Sunday, the following Monday MORNING, I was taking a shower and my nail broke. (MAJOR PROBLEM!). Thats just one of the many times that my nails have broke and I JUST got them done. My usual nail salon is not open on sunday (MAJOR BUMMER) so I went to Serene just for one nail fix. I told the lady one nail, and she said it would be $ 6 to fix the nail. WHATTT!!! So I wasnt going to walk around with a broken nail so ofcourse, I said yes. But mark my word, that is the VERY LAST time I will ever/​have ever walked into Serene Nails. I am actually very disappointed that the quality of this nail shop as gotten so low.
