I come here more than any other grocery store in my area. Good customer service for sure. The person in charge of the self-checkout more often than not greets me on the way in and also on the way out. They have some pretty good discounts every once in awhile and are always fully stocked. Cleaner than other Krogers around the area. They have a two Ozarka water dispensers inside and one on the outside incase you’re like me and need to refill those 5 gallon jugs. The outside only takes cash and coins, while the inside you can pay for at the register.

Great customer service with all employees having smiles on their faces. Store is very clean, stocked well, organized and has a fantastic selection of goods. Easy to get in and out of and buggies are always kept picked up out of the praking lot

Everytime I go to pick up my medication at the pharmacy, it is never ready. I had to wait in line for 20 minutes to pick up meds that i alled in the prescription for at 7 am. Whenever it is raining, there are no carts in the bin so you often have to walk out and get them from the parking lot. I have seen customer service people on the phone instead of taking care of customers. I’ve also seen dirty floors, messy shelves, and the same items will be spread out throughout the store. For example, you may find peanut butter in two different places.

The self checkout station, all of the computers I was told was shutting down multiple times today, because it happened to me as I was sliding my card. I had to be taken to a person at the register. The lady at the register was very nice, she even gave my daughter some stickers. The store was very clean, and presentable. I liked the flower sections, the arrangements were very neat and beautiful.

Meh. it’s an ok Krogers. I would recommend shopping at HEB on Louetta and Hwy 249. Much better selection.

If I could rate this location in the negatives I would. Anytime I visit this location, im highly disappointed. Dissapointed in the customer service(I’ve had a numerous cashiers not smile or greet me, just take my groceries and money and not say a word), disappointed in their ‘manager special’ section of which I visit usually every other day and theyve had the same frost bitten ‘tofurkey’ since November. Ive had to take expired food or dripping food up to customer service and they reply as if they have no idea whats going on in their store. All in all I say, if you want a decent kroger experience visit any other location in cypress but this one. I literally have been to all the kroger locations around here and I avoid this location at any expense. Please, for your sanity do not visit this location, unless you prefer expired food andpoor customer service.
