Great price for better coverage but, Tiffany Adams, an agent at this place, with held important information about my initial start-​up down payment. I paid two months worth of coverage to get started and then I got a bill the next month for the agreed upon monthly payments. When I asked her if the initial payment would be used to cover the next month’s bill, she said no. I then asked her what the use was paying so much out of pocket, she said if I ever forget to make a payment, it would go toward that. So I «forgot» to make a payment because I had many medical bills to pay and then I got billed for double the next month. So, not only did she with hold information, she lied. Two months into State Farm and I went back to Geico, they have a more expensive rate, but impeccable customer service.
