Row is an all body workout, utilizing high-​intensity, interval-​based training to maximize your endurance, strength and mobility simultaneously, within the natural limits of your body. We call that ‘perfect fitness’.

The philosophy guiding our class design is centered on sustainable, comprehensive fitness. It’s about movement, balance, moderation, and fun. We believe that this is the best approach to maintaining a sustainable, healthy lifestyle; our All Body class is the best example of this. Because some clients come to us «out of balance» or wish to address specific needs in their fitness, we also offer classes with more focus on one of our three key areas of fitness: endurance, strength or mobility.
