These beaners are absolute crooks. Decided to bring my at in for a rim repair. I stand at the counter, waiting for these third world people to assist. They totally ignore me. After an extended wait, Jesus asked if I needed assistance. I told him I needed a rim repaired. We walked to the car and he checked out the rim. He quoted a price of 300.00. I went down the street and had it repaired for 125.00.

I got two new tires at a great deal! They were fast at putting them on and were very professional. I will be coming back!

Went there just a couple days ago for a patch job on my 19″ Continental ContiContact 5 SSR and I was happy to find out that it holds air just fine. If anyone wondered why I mentioned the specific tire brand, it’s because the tire is a run-​flat and it’s about $ 360 each (before tax and shipping fee) from
At some point I will buy some replacement tires (only about 6000 miles on this tire) but for now I am happy to report patching your run-​flat is okay. Rollo’s got me and out within 25 minutes, no complaints.
However let me just say I would be a little bit more pleased if the guys behind the counter can say «hi, can I help you» and automatically come up and assist. Instead I had to try my best to make eye contacts with 2 – 3 dudes with all their heads either looking at the screens or too busy chatting with the ladies. Honestly guys, I know it’s 5:30pm and it was toward the end of the day, but please be a little bit more responsive would be appreciated.

Found just the right used tire I was looking for and got the service done for a good price. Professional.

Great service. Arrived at 9:45am and was looking to get a new wheel because one of the original ones was severely bent and chipped. Got a great price on a new one and was out of there in thirty minutes. Highly recommend this place.

So pleased by my experience at Rollo’s Solutions. The shop is really clean, there are lots of rims to choose from, and my repair fees ended up being half the cost of a typical steel wheel repair. I was here for a wheel repair and it took less than a day. They even gave me a ‘loaner’ wheel instead of leaving my car at the shop. (I don’t have a spare tire…) Good times all around. Hilariously, even their waiting area is nice, with free caffeine and the Nature channel on a loop.

Had my front motorcycle rim repaired. Put it on the bike, got to the end of my driveway and had terrible death wobble. Non of the spokes were tightend. Returned to store to get the problem fixed. I got to putting the wheel on today and it did not spin true. I checked the spokes, and they had only tightened 8 of the 32 spokes on the rim. The rest required multiple turns to get tight.
This is unacceptable and could have very easilly caused an accident. This will be brought to managment’s attention. I will be contacting a reputable shop to fix this problem.
The rim was repaired, but the job was not completed — either time.

My wheels vibrated after being balanced by another shop with a conventional balancer.
Rollos has Hunter Road Force Touch balancer, which I had heard was good for difficult balancing jobs.
They did get them balanced for $ 25 per wheel, which I think is fair.
What I found to be disappointing, was that after I specifically asked them to mount the better tires on the rear, they mounted them on one side. I am surprised that they do not know the current industry standard.

Let me begin writing about my terrible experience here by stating that I did ultimately, after much resistance, get a refund.
I bought a used tire with 80% tread from Felix at a good price ($ 100). When I had my new wheels mounted at another shop they noticed it had a big gash in the sidewall and would not hold air. When I called Felix he was unhelpful and did not want to give me a refund because it had been 27 hours and they have a 24 hour return policy. WOW. Talk about nit picking! The tire had simply sat in the trunk, never been mounted and they wouldn’t take it back.
After purchasing a new tire from the dealer installing my wheels, I brought the tire back and the manager John tried to claim it would hold air. When I challenged them to mount it to a wheel and prove it they refused. Even if it did, the tear was so bad I was sure to have a blowout within a week.
John also tried to tell me I was outside of his return policy. I’d have gladly purchased a tire from them, but this was the only one they had in the size I needed. After a lot of fuss he offered me a store credit. What am I going to do with that? It’s a wheel and tire shop and now I have all the wheels and tires I need. I told him if he can find me a useful tire I would take it as an extra. He could not find one and after more fuss finally refunded my money.
Be careful dealing with these people. I felt it was obvious the sales person was simply trying to protect his commission and couldn’t care less that I was about to have completely wasted my money on something that is useless.

Hey this place takes care of you! No matter what you drive or what you want, the selection is huge and top quality. The service is fast and friendly… Ask for John!

Do NOT come here. Save your money for somewhere that shows their customers some respect and integrity. These people are only looking for «sheep» that are willing to pay a high premium for wheels or tires and nothing else. I suggest if you are looking for tires, go to Discount Tire or else where at least to get a much better price and quality of service. Please for your own sake remain far from this undeserving business.

ASK FOR JOHN! I have been dealing with John for about 9 months now and have replaced 2 sets of tires on 2 cars and both times he has been very fair and has done everything he can to get me in and out. He is very professional and straight forward.
M.Y. ATMOSPHERE:
Their TV is mostly on movie channels which is a great distraction from the wait and the leather couches are very comfy. If that is not enough they have an outside waiting area, if you enjoy sitting outside or want to have a phone conversation in quiet. They also have a full computer with internet for you to use if you would like… But beware… the monitor is so big, everyone in the shop will see what you are looking at.

Both times my car has been returned in great condition. The tires are used, but still great.

The store is usually pretty clean and organized. the sitting area is always clean and neat.

NO INTEGRITY… asked for quote and when I mentioned I found better price they were not happy. I did not realize they had removed my tire. Found out at the next tire shop Rollo had carelessly forced the nuts in cause damage to the rotor. Showing it to the manager at Rollo’s he said I could not prove they did it so they did not have to take responsibility. Cost for new rotor is over $ 600.guess Rollo’s win.

I came here to see if they could repair a bent wheel. They were not able to so they ordered a new one for me. The guy told me it would take 7– 10 days before it was ready. They charged me $ 550.00 for the new wheel. Two weeks later, after I had still had heard nothing from them and was still riding around on a doughnut, I tried calling them to check the status. After leaving 2 messages for the guy who helped me, I still had received mo return call. On the 3^rd attempt, 17 days after my initial visit, I left another message and the guy finally called me back saying it would be another 4 days. No apology, reason, or explanation. When it finally was ready 21 days later, I came in and stood at the front desk for almost ten minutes before anyone even offered to help… and this was not because they were busy. They had to page the guy who helped me 3 or 4 times, and it took him another 20 minutes to come out. Finally, when he brought the wheel out to my car, I noticed that it was missing the Acura middle eblem piece. When I asked him about this, he tried claiming that the original wheel I brought in did not have that piece and that it must have popped out when I damaged the wheel. After having to dispute this and argue with him about it, because I was absolutely positive that the wheel I brought in had this piece, he stormed inside saying he would look but that he knew it wasn’t there. He came back out about five minutes later with the piece. Still no apologies, nothing. I asked to speak to the manager and go figure, it was him. I seriously almost started laughing. That was definitely the icing on the cake. As it turns out I could have gotten a new wheel, the exact same one, the same day, and cheaper at the actual Acura dealership, a place who actually cares about their customers and knows what the term customer service means. Take my advice and don’t make the same mistake that I did by coming to this place.

This was such a great experience. I had my Cayenne’s rims resurfaced as I had some curb rash and paint chips on all 4 rims. I called initially to get a quote and was taken aback by the comprehensive level of customer service these guys offered me from the onset. All the way through the process from the loaner rims, to the PHENOMENAL job they did making my old rims look factory again for a fair price, was just a very good experience. I would ask for Luis, he was my advisor over there, I bugged and bugged him several times over the 48 hours it took to get my rims back and he was nothing but professional and extremely courteous. I had a chance to meet the owner Henry, he too exacts this level of customer care and it shows in all his employees. Top notch operation, BRAVO!!! JS

I found this place as Rollo’s Solutions, in fact that’s what the invoice says on it. Anyway. We drove Memphis to Houston. Somewhere around Little Rock, we hit a piece of wood in the road. The car vibrated a bit all the rest of the way. Just as we were getting into Houston, a tire went flat. We stopped at a Midas in Humble (which was very helpful, BTW) and when he took the tire off, you could see a pretty big dent in the rim. This was Thursday evening. Well this rim is a premium rim and didn’t show up in any parts searches of the Chrysler dealers. Needless to say it isn’t cheap either. The best I could find on the internet was a place that offered it for about half dealer price, but said call for availability. and they were not in Houston. Some more digging on Friday morning and I found this place, Rollo’s, that said they could repair rims. So I called and asked, and sure enough, they said it would take about a day. I brought it in Friday morning, they spun it and showed where it was bent, not just at the dent in the rim. So I left it with them.
T^he next day I hobbled in with my baby spare on the car. The wheel was ready and waiting to go. It looked great and it was all as promised.
They were a real lifesaver. It was still not cheap, but it was a lot less than replacing the rim and a lot easier than any temporary types of solutions that would have allowed me to get home.
