Our purpose is to add value to the lives of our clients by helping them to know their own unique worth and lead an authentic, courageous, and joyful life. We are passionate about personal and professional growth and believe we all have unique gifts we bring to the world. Our counseling services reflect these values.

Rachel Eddins is a Licensed Professional Counselor and board-​approved LPC Supervisor in the State of Texas, a Certified Group Psychotherapist through the American Group Psychotherapy Association, a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor through the Intuitive Eating Pros, and is recognized as a Master Career Counselor through the National Career Development Association. She holds a Master’s degree in Counseling from the University of Houston and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Texas at Austin.
