I don’t even know where to start, everything about this company is terrible. Once I put down my initial payment, communication pretty much ceased. I could not get into contact with them after they already had my stuff to get any details of when they would be able to move it to my new house. They were terribly unprofessional and literally screened and ignored my calls so much I had to call them from a different phone to get them to pick up. Shifty? Very much so. On top of that mess, when my stuff finally did arrive, all of the more expensive things they packed were broken. My washing machine had clearly been stepped on and crunched in, my new mattress had come unwrapped and was badly soiled, one of my tables’ legs had been smashed in on one side, ontop of items that were just flat out missing. Get any other moving company to do your move!

This company is terrible! First they will take multiple deposits, then they will charge you 150% of the agreed price and ask for all of it on loading day(we were specifically told that after the deposit[s] we would pay the balance when we receive our belongings). When the truck arrived, the driver called to say that there was no way to get it down the street and they would have to transfer everything to a shuttle and bring it the next day. This would be an extra $ 650. We see big trucks come down the street so that was crap. When they unloaded the stuff, I could tell right away that they did not take any care with our boxes. Stuff was torn, crunched and ripped.(And this was just the outside!) The unloading drivers demanded the extra money in cash(for the shuttle) and asked for $ 200 tip. Our original price agreement was $ 495 down, $ 1695 at delivery. We ended up paying more than $ 4,000! And as I unpack the boxes, half of our stuff is broken. :(

During my move from Missouri to NJ, these movers were MIA. I was living in my empty apartment for weeks, waiting for my overdue belongings when they finally returned my phone call and said they’d deliver my belongings sometime within 7 and 21 days! When the movers finally committed to the delivery date, I reserved the loading bays and elevator in my apartment building. They showed up very late but luckily my apartment building was able to accommodate them, despite their being very late — then they demanded I pay 35% more than what they agreed in writing to charge me. When I refused to pay extra, they refused to hand over my things and took my stuff off to storage — saying it would cost me an additional $ 500 for storage — and that they would not deliver my items again and that I’d have to remove them from storage myself. Working with their movers and customer service staff was the worst experience I’ve had moving. They have major communication problems within the organization — I was told different delivery dates by different people, several times. They are belligerent and rude. These guys are out to overcharge people! And when you don’t pay them their ransom, they hold your items hostage in their self storage space until you do! It’s criminal.
