Point2Point Moving

I had them deliver a double sink vanity. They had it in their warehouse for two weeks before they finally shceduled for delivery. Then they required more money ($ 500 extra) in order to deliver to a 2^nd floor saying it was too heavy and they didnt have the resources. In the end they were late to deliver and just dropped it off inside the front door. They didnt show any concern for customer service nor apologized for anything. For a company that claims to specialize in high end moves, not being able to deliver a vanity to a 2^nd floor is unbelievable, they just didnt care.

I called at 3 pm to have a refrigerator moved from the garage inside the house. They were at my house in Oak Forest at 3:20 pm and gave me a 30% discount for being an Oak Forest resident! The delivery guys were nice and professional. It was a miracle to get this fridge into place. They never once acted frustrated or complained — I was frustrated just watching! I only had one item moved but I would certainly feel comfortable with them moving my entire home. Thank you for the great experience!!!

I couldn’t be more pleased with this mover. They are top notch– I’ve moved 3 times in 4 years and these guys are hands down more professional and do a better job than any other mover I’ve used. I hired 4 guys and two trucks which cut the amount of time down significantly since I didn’t have to make two trips with one truck. Doing the move in 3 to 6 fewer hours saved me money. These movers are on the ball & conscientious. Roy was able to efficiently and safely stack all my furniture in one 20 ft x 10 foot storage unit. Last time I had to rent two storage units. And, John Shaffer with P2P Crowded House stopped by the morning before my move to see how the packers were doing and he called one hour after my move to see how it went. That is really caring about your customer. Plus, you can buy boxes wholesale from the company, they deliver the boxes to you, and what you don’t use, you can return. Who else does that? (The boxes are cheaper than at Uhaul.) I will definitely hire P2P Crowded House for my next move.

A good company for difficult moves.

Point2Point did a first rate job of moving my family and I into our new home. Their rates were fair and their movers were on time, fast, and honest. I definitely recommend P2P to anyone looking to hire a moving company!
