Originally wrote this long story out about how the young lady«En»(I am so sorry for misspelling) helped me out at the window today, but didn’t want to create copy cat issues. Suffice to say, thank you. I’m already regular at this location and will continue to do so. Best sandwich shop in west Houston in my humble opinion.

Always a great place for a hot toasty sammich! I enjoy regularly the Grilled Chicken and Cheddar on Flatbed and also the Pizza Sandwich on Flat. I have never been disappointed with my order and quick service!

Who doesn’t love Potbelly? I for one love it, it’s probably my favorite sandwich shop. I love their skinny turkey sandwich all the way and their meatball sandwich. The broccoli and cheese soup is on point and of course I finish all of this off with a giant sized chocolate chip oatmeal cookie. mmMm I was running errands in this part of town and I noticed the Potbelly location here has a drive thru! Awesomeness! I wish they all had a drive thru! But yes, if you’ve never visited a Potbelly for their sammiches I suggest you do! :-D

I love Potbelly. Potbelly always satisfies my sandwich cravings and I have ate it at multiple locations in various cities. This review, however, is for this store only. I wanted to like this location because IT’S GOT A DRIVE-THRU! I’ve been calorie conscious lately so I didn’t order my usual a wreck sandwich and opted for an original turkey on multigrain with NO mayo, NO onion, and NO oil. I get home, open up my sandwich and find a white, creamy substance that I can put my life on that it was mayo. Trust me, I love mayo as much as Hellman’s loves mayo, but I’m watching the waistline here. I know my mayo. I even gave it a little taste to make sure it was in fact, MAYO. I rolled back up to the store, showed the cashier the sticker order on my bag that stated«no mayo, no oil, no onion» and told her that there’s mayo on there. Her and another employee opened up my sandwich to look at it and the cashier came back to tell me that it was cheese. Unless Swiss cheese looks like, tastes like, and acts like mayo, it’s not Mayo. So they made me a new sandwich and guess what? No creamy, white substance in it this time!!! And I still got my Perfectly melted Swiss cheese that didn’t resemble mayo. One additional star for the male manager that tried to rectify this poor visit with an apology and a voucher for a free sandwich next time. //end mayo rant

I’ve been here twice and both times have been good. Sandwiches are nicely packed with meat and veggies. Customer service was decent. The most I enjoyed was the bread, it really made the sandwiches stand out. I wouldn’t go out of my way to come here though.

Best fast food in the area. I would even classify it that low if I had an option. New pulled pork sandwich is great. The veggies with the spicy carrots are the shiznit. Get em all on your sammich

I’ve come here multiple times through drive thru and going into the store. Service in drive thru is really slow. I ordered a wreck salad. I bit into 3 really good tomatoes and the last one was rotten. You couldn’t even tell from the outside. It was black in the middle and disgusting! One thing that potbelly is good about is customer service. They will take responsibility for their food and credit you. I’ve encountered several incidents with their food and I’ll have to wonder if they are truly checking it twice.

Great service! Always polite and friendly! I get the Sandwiches and my wife loves getting the Salads. They have even gone as far as to warm their cookies up for me and so their extra yummy! Gotta go there!

By far the best staff I’ve ever dealt with in a fast food industry, happy, polite, and very quick not to mention the low low prices. they also very dog friendly honestly this place couldn’t be any better

My husband and I just had lunch here. I had the chicken salad and it is definately the worst I ever had. It was more celery and black pepper than anything else. I asked for swiss cheese on it, but I can’t taste any, nor could I find it when I opened it up to look for the cheese. I don’t know what brand of mayo they use but it had no flavor what so ever, or maybe the pepper killed my taste buds… not sure. Neither one of us liked the chicken salad sandwich. I will never ever order that again! My husband had the Pizza sandwhich. He said the only thing good about it was the bread and that it was hot. The chicken noodle soup was ok, but nothing to get excited about. We would not order it again. The broccoli cheese soup was ok. I would not order again. Hmmm, guess we won’t be going back here, even though it had a drive through, which was nice on a rainy day.

Hamburgers and sandwich shops are really popular these days. Ambiance… is contemporary and modern. The flavor combinations with the meat selections are also interesting.

I’ve only eaten here several times and I always get the Mediterranean flat bread with chicken and hummus, always good. The hummus is and its quite healthy! Hubby doesn’t like their sauce so we don’t eat there very often. This could be what others are referring to as a funny taste. I don’t know, I like the hummus. Oh, if you’ve been good today, get one of those Dreambars. Its like a chocolate chip cookie bar plus caramel. P. S. If you don’t care for the customer service here, don’t go near the What-A-Burger next door. They hire the people who’re to burned out and stupid to work at Potbelly. I give it 3 stars ‘cuz hubby doesn’t like the sauce, personally I’d give it 4.

Nothing against this location, but I’ve given 3 different Potbelly locations a try, and I am just not a fan of their sandwiches! They’re pretty bland and lack umph! There’s absolutely nothing that stands out about them. Is it sad if I say I rather eat subway?

Wow, so the morale/energy /wavelength of the staff at this Potbelly location is really low. Everyone that worked there seemed unhappy as if they all just got yelled at or they hated their jobs or they maybe were too busy multitasking… I couldn’t get even just a little smile. And I am very friendly and dare I say… quite charming! Not sure what the problem was but it translated to me, the customer. I felt sad buying my sandwich from them. I think there is a lot of opportunity for improvement in the area of customer service. Best of luck guys. :)

Good food a lot to choose from. Not always the fastest on getting it to you especially the drive through but good.

Nice patio to catch up with friends over a meal. The interior space has a warm feel to it. There were 8 people in front of me and the line moved fairly quick. I had the turkey sandwich on wheat with mustard and all veggies except hot peppers. The multi grain bread was good and the veggies tasted fresh. I paid a close to six and a half dollars for the sandwich and a drink, no chips. Over all I thought the sandwich was good and will come back and try something else in the future. The service was fine as well. The people that made my sandwich were helpful even though it was lunch time and busy. This was my first visit.

Went through the drive through. The service was friendly and didn’t take too long. This was my first trip to any Potbelly, and I wasn’t too impressed with the food. I ordered a turkey sandwich. It tasted weird, like there was no flavor besides the pickles. I’m not saying it was the worst sandwich ever, but unless it was my only choice left to eat I probably won’t go back there again.

I had dinner there tonight. Ordered one of their big sandwiches, a cup of chili and a drink w/tax was $ 12.02. The restaurant has a nice interior and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. My sandwich was good. I thought the chili was very good. It was a good meal and I would expect it from a higher end sandwich shop like this. I did think it was a little expensive but not by much. I guess I have been eating too much at Piquin :) over on the NW freeway.

Sandwich place. Just opened. Basically competing with the Quizno’s, Subways and places of that ilk. Has a nice little outside patio though that makes for a comfortable place to catch some air and use their free Wi-Fi while you eat. Seems clean/friendly. Nice location @ West Road/Beltway 8 right next to Whataburger/24 Hour Fitness and in strip center as Chipotle and Smoothie King.
