Pose-N-Click Photobooth

I used them on ½/​15 for my daughter’s quinceanera and they were awesome!
They called me several times beforehand to confirm the time & date. They arrived early to set up and they manned the photo booth. We got two copies of each picture. They put one set of the copies in a small album. They were awesome. I would definitely use them again!

I had Pose and Click at my April 26 wedding at the Petroleum Club. Everything went smoothly! They also did a great job with our guestbook where I had guests sign next to a copy of the photo booth picture strips. Thanks guys for being awesome!

This is the worst business I have ever dealt with! As an event planner, I work with a LOT of vendors and this is by far the worst experience I’ve had. To be fair, I read reviews about this business before I purchased the Amazon Local deal and booked them for my event, but I simply thought everyone else was exaggerating. Surely a new business couldn’t be that bad, right? WRONG! Sorry, Anne B, you were right. Similar to Anne, I called prior to purchasing the Amazon Local deal and they confirmed verbally that they were available and to send an email, I did and it went unanswered. I sent 3 more times over the next 2 weeks and no reply ever came. I called again and they confirmed that everything was confirmed and they were good to go «excited for your event!» they said. The week of my event, I called again to confirm and got no replies. Same with email — no reply. Finally on the day of my event, I called every 10 minutes until my event started. 30 minutes into my event, they called and said «I’m sorry, who are you again?» and then when I told them she said «Yes! I remember you.» and then started crying and saying she didn’t write me down in her appointment book and that she didn’t have her equipment with her. Ok, I’m no sucker for tears and what kind of business in 2014 FORGETS TO WRITE DOWN THEY HAVE A GIG? Terrible! Terrible! Terrible! I have no sympathy for her and told her so. I told her I’d write a bad review for her wherever I saw their name and she said, «it doesn’t matter anyway…» Doesn’t matter? Alright. Let’s see about that. DON’T USE THIS BUSINESS.

DONT USE! They booked me for a wedding… I asked what I needed to do, they said we were booked, I just needed to send an email with all my information on it. 2 months latter they called and said they double booked because my email got put in her spam folder. IT IS NOT MY FAULT the email got put in her spam folder! So she basically cancelled on me, told me she would try to move the people, that booked AFTER me. I said if she had not received my email then she should have called me. She said she couldn’t possibly keep up with that. LOL! I don’t feel this is a good way to run a business.

We had a Superbowl Party & went with this company for our photo booth rental. They are so much fun! They love their job & can accomodate your specific needs. We had a blast & will be using this company again in the future!
