Planet WOW

My best friend was in town with her kids and we decided to let them work off some of their energy. We went during open play and it wasn’t too crowded. The set-​up is a bit weird and quite confusing. We went into the first room and the kids ran for the spacewalks. We were told after fifteen minutes that we had to move to another room. We didn’t understand the reasoning and decided to ask the manager for an explanation. The manager told is to stay put and we did. After the kids played as much as they wanted in the first room, we transitioned into the second room. They played in there for awhile and we left. We were there for about an hour and fifteen minutes.

Planet Wow was great! Celebrated my nieces birthday here and all of the kids seemed to have such a great time! The staff was great! They were very friendly and helpful! Both staff members assigned to our party were also very attentive and organized from start to finish! Thank you so much Planet Wow!

My husband and I brought our 2 year old daughter for open play and the staff was super friendly and we did have a blast but I think it’s ridiculous that adults have to pay. The slides are very tall so obviously my 2 year old would need help climbing up. We spent over $ 20 and only stayed for an hour. There were 2 slides and a basketball arena and let’s face it, a 2 year old can’t throw a basketball into a hoop so how long can 2 slides entertain her. Not to mention it was pretty muggy in there. And the tall slide was disgusting between the creases where the ladder is. Lots of dirt and used bandaids.

I reserved a private party on a Sunday for 20 kids and 20 adults. 24 kids showed and about 15 adults played (10) others sat down and observed their kids. I purchased three extra pizzas, drinks and brought sandwiches in on top of my package, which included 5 large pizzas. After tip for the kids, I spent $ 520. Was it worth it? Yes! Did it burn a hole in my wallet? Yes! Would I do it again? Yes!

Average equipment. Some of it was unuseable because the stairs were so worn out kids couldnt climb it. I kept reading on the equipment that the equipment should not be used unless staff was present to monitor. There never was any staff monitoring. They all stayed at the front counter. Supposedly this is the best in Houston?

Went for the first time today. It was just my son and I. The lady kept insisting I jump with my son because he’s the only kid there (it’s additional $ 10 for adults to jump). While We waited for her to go turn on the inflatables, she was on the phone for a good ten minutes. She was signaling to me that the person on the phone was talking too much. When she hung up, she said «that lady talk too much.» (Unprofessional) So the inflatables are up– there are 2 obstacle courses, which were impossible to climb up. (See photos). One bouncer with basketball hoops. Another baseball-​type inflatable that was pretty useless. We stayed for a good 20 minutes and my son was ready to go home. I’ll just stick to pump it up. It’s a little further but there are more options and they don’t charge for adults

My son had his 6^th Birthday Party here today, and he absolutely LOVED IT! We have been a couple of times before and he loved it, but with having the other playroom open and the party atmosphere, it was the BOMB​.COM!!! We had the Pluto Party Package, and it was just right! I’m sure we will have many more parties there in the future!!!

I have been here for parties as well as open play. Always a good experience, the kids love it. You can occasionally grab a deal on groupon or living social. I would love it if they sold open play jump packs for a better price… Say 10 jump packs for $ 50 good during the slower hours? I have met a number of staff members and have always felt welcome and important.

I just had my son’s birthday party here. I agree with the other mom awesome place for a party! Adults can bounce, you get the bounce rooms just for you and your guest, very helpful staff, etc. The place is kind of hidden but very convenient to Sugar Land/​Sw Houston. Make sure you use the directions on their website.

Just had my daughter’s birthday party there. It took me forever to find a house of inflatables in Southwest Houston that was appropriate for the age group of kids we were inviting (the Pump it Up in Bellaire is mostly for younger kids), so I ended up planning her party pretty last minute.
About twelve kids showed up, but I paid for the 15-​kid private party. Totally worth it. Pay for the private party even if you aren’t expecting a full fifteen guests.
They had a BALL. They went to one room with a number of bounce houses and slides for 40 mins. then a second room, with a huge 2-​story slide plus bounce houses and video games for another 40 minutes. Both rooms were clean and had plenty to entertain a group of 4 — 8 year olds. Then, they had 40 minutes in a private room to run around, play and have pizza, ice cream and cake.
It was absolutely the best party my daughter has ever had and one of the best kid’s birthdays I’ve ever attended. You did not have to worry about outside children attacking your guests. Because everything was inflatable, you didn’t have to worry about kids injuring themselves. Pricing was transparent, everything was orderly and the party host was great with kids. She showed unending patience with some of our more hyperactive guests, slid down the slide with my daughter when she was scared and never rushed us along. We will definitely be back next year.
I hope they work on the décor a little bit more because that is the only place I can really fault the place.
