Great guys! They definitely made my move super easy. I did a lot of research before choosing U-​rent-​it, and they by far had the most competitive pricing and I decided to go with them based on reviews. SO GLAD I DID!!! Honestly, if I could give ¹⁰⁄₁₀ stars, I would!
My family and I moved out here from California and needed a lot of help to unload and unpack the moving truck. Since we don’t really know anybody out here, I went about researching all the different moving companies. I had called and spoken to numerous people, most of whom were rude, before I finally came across this one.
Tim was the one who I spoke with and right off the bat, he was friendly, professional, and addressed every question and concern I had.
I was already pleased from the initial conversation on the phone, but my family and I were even more pleasantly surprised upon meeting them; Tim and his crew are truly the most hard working, dedicated, efficient, and down to earth people we have ever had the pleasure of meeting and working with.
They worked fast and even helped fix the leg to our dining room table that got damaged in the truck and also set up all of our bed frames/​beds!
They helped us feel at ease and really made us feel that all of our belongings were taken care of — they are truly such nice, kind hearted people and we are so happy that we went through them versus any of the other companies.
If you’re looking for people to help move you, I absolutely recommend these people! You will NOT be disappointed. Tim, Bobby, and Tito are absolutely wonderful!

I had a solid experience with these movers. I had a pretty small move for a 2 bedroom apt to a house, so I had 2 movers for 3 hours. 3 hours is the minimum. I believe I paid close to $ 255 plus tip.
Both gentleman were very polite and one was so friendly. They finished within 3 hours. I would use them again.

Tim was one of the best movers and coolest guys I’ve probably met. I moved from my apartment in Katy to a storage unit and they were able to get in and out in about 2 hours. They wrapped all my good stuff and were very efficient. I felt like I was in the way most of the time, but once I got to talking with Tim, I couldn’t stop haha. He has an inspiring story of how he got to where he is and told me all about his moving company. If you’re looking for a local, friendly, efficient, moving company, Tim is your guy.

Tim and his crew are awesome! They are super friendly and fun, and make moving an easy and QUICK process. I paid $ 150 for 2 movers which is a steal. I will definitely use this company again!

After moving 2600 miles, another company (Dedicated Movers) stood me up. I called Tim at 8AM the next morning and he said that he could send a crew out in the afternoon to unpack my U-​Haul. Tetio McClure called me and was ready to come out earlier than Tim said, but now, I was shopping. Titio and Bobby Carter showed up when they said they would and did a great job. I was pleased with their demeanor and how well they worked with me (especially as I was extremely tired and often confused about where I wanted stuff). I would recommend Tim, Titio & Bobby and will use them again next time I move. Thanks!!!

First things first, would I use this company again? Definitely. Tim is super-​professional, he knows what he’s doing and the price is great. Were they perfect? No, they were not.
I made the appointment last minute, so the fact they were able to accommodate it was a big relief. Not long after I booked them online for between 3 and 4, Tim called me to verify it and opened it up to between 2 and 4. So far so good.
Day of, I’m waiting for them to show up and Tim calls me around 4 and says they’re going to be 2 hours late. Ok. 6 rolls around and I haven’t heard from him and can’t reach him. Finally get him around 6:30 and he says they are still at the previous appointment but will definitely get to me that day, should be there in about 2 hours, also says he’ll be using double the crew to make sure it gets done but same price. It starts raining around 8:30 and they haven’t shown and they haven’t called me. I’m trying to find out if they are still coming out with this weather. Finally reach him by text at 9 and he says they are 20 minutes away. It’s after 10 before they show up. 6+ hours late.
However, once they get there, they were courteous, professional and FAST. They covered everything in blankets and then secured it with tape so that it stayed in place. It was a total of 5 guys, including Tim (not 6 like he’s said) and they got the house loaded up in 2 – 3 hours. Short drive over to the new place and unloading begins. This took less time, but this is where the other complaint comes in. It’s after 1 am at this point and some of the guys are talking pretty loudly about random stuff (movies they’ve seen, food they’ve tried, etc). I’m just moving into this place, I don’t want my neighbors to start hating me on my first night there.
Other than that, they were able to offload the truck pretty quickly by forming a human chain. It was pretty tough to fit everything in because there was a lot less space, but they got everything in and Tim even hooked up the washer and dryer in the laundry room.
Like I said at the beginning, I would/​will definitely use them again on my next move, the price is right, the service is good, but I’ll ask to be the first appointment of the day.

Tim and his crew were awesome, we were more than pleased by their service and astounded by how hard they worked at such a great price! The men did not stop during our 7 hour move, even when we told them to take a break! They were courteous, professional, and very accommodating. I got several quotes from different movers across town and none came close to their price or service! Everything was wrapped very well and nothing went missing or was broken during our move, including our new big screen TV (which we had no box for). They provided the truck, blankets, and tape. They even were so kind with our two little ones, even letting them «help.» If you need any further recommendation, please message me but do yourself a favor and hire these guys, you won’t regret it!

Tim and Torrey were courteous and hard working. They showed up, got to work, and did not slow down until the job was done. I was pleased with every aspect the job well done. Everything was stacked neatly and securely in the truck. Where there was extra room for things to shift, straps were used to secure the items. I hope not to move again any time soon, but when I do I will be calling Tim.

I have been using Tim and his crew for almost five years now-​there is no one I trust more. Tim is so meticulous about his work-I’ve never seen anything like it. Tim moved a family heirloom for me, a china cabinet that is over 300 years old. He was so careful to be sure it was wrapped and safe. He was soo careful with it that even though I missed a cabinet full of crystal glasses, not a single glass was damaged and nothing had been wrapped!

Tim, you and your team always gettin’ it done! I appreciate your help, and how you always making the gruesome process fun and speedy.
This is my 7^th move with u-​rent-​it-​we-​move-​u, and as long as I keep moving, I will always call on Tim and his team.

Tim and his crew did an amazing job loading my parents’ household contents into a UPack trailer. They were professional every step of the way, very courteous, and their prices were lower than all the other labor-​only companies I researched. We are leaving Houston so I won’t be able to use them again unfortunately. A big THANK YOU to Tim for being so calm amidst all our stress and doing such a wonderful job.

I cannot express how happy I am that my husband and I decided to hire these guys. First, they were absolutely professional. We had to reschedule our move and they easily accommodated us. When they came on our moving day, they moved us quick and were so polite.
Most importantly, they were the first people in our new home and even though they were on hour 4 of our move, they were laughing and having a good time while working, which made our house feel like a home. Cheesy, yes, but true.
They really should be charging more. I got other estimates that were close to $ 1000. I paid less than $ 400 for 4 hours, a truck, and 3 movers.
Nothing was broken, no walls were scuffed, no furniture dented.
Again, beyond friendly and polite and got the job done. I cannot overstate how happy we were with their work.

Tim and Keith showed up on time and did a great job. They were professional and had all the tools they needed. They handled everything with care. Fair price. Packed the truck very well. I would definitely use them again if I had to move. Thanks guys!

While the movers were about 30 minutes late, I appreciated the fact that they were in constant communication of their status. The movers were hard working, friendly, and careful with all my belongings. Everything that could possibly be scratched or broken was wrapped in a blanket. I had hired them for three hours and when they realized that it could possibly take more, they let me know so we could plan what I really wanted them to move. I ended up telling them to just move it all. In the end, it only took them 30 minutes more. They even hooked up my washer and dryer for me! I will definitely use them in the future.

Truly amazing. Tim and his guys made getting out of my apartment and loading my truck a very smooth experience. They called to update me with their ETA, were on time, and were quick and efficient. My truck was packed very well! I’d recommend them to anyone and book them again in a heartbeat.
