I cannot tell you what a blessing and joy it is to have Elena and her crew take care of my precious girl. Some times my work schedule can be long and erratic; I am ever so grateful for Elena’s flexibility and willingness to work with me to accommodate. However, I do my best not to take advantage of her graces. I want to respect her time and space, too. It’s all about mutual respect.
Anyways, I am very pleased with how my girl is cared for, socialized with other dogs, and updated throughout the day on how and what she is doing. I appreciate the pictures and videos, too. They bring a smile to my face, every time!
I can go on ad infinitum in singing praises about PD Walks. Please know that I am not paid to write this review. I am writing because this is my experience. I hope you will feel the same.

I have been using PD walks since June of 2014 after Elena was referred to me by a friend. I had just come off using a company that was unreliable and rude, so PD walks was like a breath of fresh air! I have a cat that needs to be fed, litter box cleaned and water changed while I am out of town. I never have to worry or wonder if they will come each day (like the other company). She always lets me know when she is en route and when she leaves, and even takes a photo/​video of Harriet so say «hi» while I’m away (talk about the extra mile!) She has also been kind enough to take my trash to the curb if I am gone on trash day. Every time I have asked for service (even at the last minute) Elena has been kind, considerate and accommodating. I recommend her to everyone I know that is looking for pet service from a company that definitely has a tender and caring heart for all animals!

I’ve used PD Walks for 6 months now and I’m really happy with the service. They have a monthly membership and come walk my dog everyday during lunchtime. I love that I get a text message when they arrive and they also send the occasional picture or video. When I’m out with my dog and she sees one of the walkers her tail always starts wagging and she pulls toward them to go say hi. It’s nice to know my dog enjoys the time she spends with them and is happy to see them. They have been really great at dealing with last min changes and even cleaned up after my dog was sick and had an accident in the apartment. Thanks PD Walks!

I’m only giving one star because giving zero stars is not an option. They charge walks in packages ranging from 5 – 25 walks a month. I signed up for the 10 walks a month because my husband has a rotating work schedule so our schedule is constantly changing each week. They didn’t accommodate our schedule but I was desperate so I regrettably signed the contract.
They have various walkers come in so the person who walks my baby is always changing. This is not something I like but I agreed, again regrettably.
The dog walker was over 30 minutes late for the first visit (gave times of walk between 11am-​1pm) and didn’t stay for the full 30 minutes. I only know this because they provide a sign-​in sheet that all walker complete after the walk. Then for the second walk, they were late again after I expressed concern. My pup was 5 months old and I leave the house at 5:30am. To arrive after the designated times and not stay for the full time is unacceptable.
I called the owner and told her I was looking elsewhere because I wasn’t satisfied. She yelled at me… extremely unprofessional. She called me names and from that moment, I never trusted her or her walkers in my home again. What would they do to my baby? Hurt her? With a personality like that, I don’t trust her.
I started searching more and found another walker who is flexible with our schedule, the same person walks my baby, and a nice person.
Also, the owner wouldn’t give me my money back because I signed the month contract. Her lawyer contacted me and we came to a deal. She ended up charging me for the «complimentary» visit. So for 2 walks, I paid $ 160.
Stay away from this company if you care about your pet. This company will trick you and is in business for all the wrong reasons! They are untrustworthy, disrespectful liars.

I’ve been with PD Walks since the beginning of this year and they’ve been absolutely amazing! I am new to Houston and had recently moved to the Montrose area so it has been a challenge finding a dependable dog walker. My work schedule is always changing and PD Walks has been extremely accommodating in making sure my 2 dogs are walked whenever I need them.
Their dog walking services are very professional– I receive a text message at every visit so I know the exact time my dogs are out for a walk. Occasionally I receive photos or videos of my dogs (added bonus!!) and they always look so happy and well taken care of!!!
They’re so sweet and caring that when one of my dogs was sick and I had to go to work, they offered to take him to the vet for me and pick him up and take him back home! This is the 3^rd dog walker I’ve been with in Houston and the previous ones definitely did NOT make my dogs and I feel as special and well taken care of. I was very taken aback at how sweet Elena was when my dog was sick.
Another positive about Elena and her walkers is that if I have to stay late at work, they’ve been very accommodating in letting me add on a last minute evening walk (ANOTHER added bonus!!!).
I definitely recommend PD Walks for their reliability, trustworthiness, and their love for dogs! Plus they are extremely affordable! I can’t thank Elena enough for all she does for my pups :)

Jinx loves his daily walks with pupodaddywalks’ Elena! When I come home from work, I can see how happy my dog is! Elena also leaves notes on what her and jinx have done together each day and occasional pictures. I can be at work with peace of mind that jinx is OK and well taken care of. I truly recommend this service.
