History

Established in 2013.

Co-​founders Ryan Kuyper and Cory Lacek started kiki & fetch with one goal in mind– to provide unmatched pet care to Houston, Texas.

Having both worked in the professional world, we understand long days and business trips. Unfortunately, our furry family members are the ones who suffer. They are either confined indoors or left in kennels, which results in anxious, often overwhelmed and sometimes sick pets.

We felt it imperative to research and establish a way to meet both the needs of pets and their often busy parents. The answer is in-​home care! This way, your loved ones remain in their family environments and keep their routines. At the end of the day, your pet is worth it.

Business Owner

Hey everyone, Cory here! Originally from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, my passions include sports and sandwiches with french fries on them. No seriously, if you ever get a chance to visit, go to Primanti Brothers and try one!

I moved to the south in 2010 to further my education and earned my Master of Science in Sport Administration. Houston is an amazing city, and I have absolutely fallen in love with it. I have met some amazing people, and Texas BBQ is incredible.

I’ve always had an active lifestyle and enjoy running and outdoor activities. Running the three-​mile trail around Memorial Park has become a favorite, especially with the company of an active dog or two… it’s fun, but WOW do they push me! kiki & fetch has allowed me to combine my love for both working out and animals. It has been one of the best decisions in my life, and I truly enjoy every day.
