Fresh nails done by Lily! Full set with acrylic powder #12!!! I am new to the area (moved here about 1 week ago) and was looking for a convenient, yet nice place to call my new nail home. I called to hear prices and the guy who answered the phone was so friendly and helpful which drove me to schedule a next day appointment. I was greeted by who I think was the same guy who answered the phone the previous day and felt so welcome! He even addressed me by my name which makes me feel that he really cared and I wasn’t just «some customer». They made sure I was comfortable and I had a fantastic experience. My only complaint that I have was when I had to dry my nails… I accidentally hit them on the inside when sliding them in, which I know is totally annoying but the reaction I got made me feel a bit uncomfortable… She sighed pretty loud and smacked her teeth which in my eyes is a bit of an over reaction seeing that it was totally an accident. Other than that though, I do plan on going back.

I have been coming here since they opened never fails on customer service. Tom the owner is always helpful and their nail techs are always on point with pedicures and nails. I highly recommend this place of you want your money’s worth and if you do encounter any issues which I doubt he is always there to fix ASAP whatever is needed.

Left my nails very thin for an overlay. Is over priced and Crystal nails across does them better or a cheaper price. Will not be coming back.

I would not go back! The lady who did my manicure cut me, and then tried to act like she didn’t cut me and apologize really late afterwards. The polish job was horrible. I would not go back.

Palace Nails is a great nail salon. Every Time I go I’m personally greeted. The pedicures are the best and so are the nail services. If you live in the Pearland area be sure to give them a try.

I just had a refill done and I’m very pleased with the results. Jasmine listened to what I didn’t like about my nails and knew just what to do to give them the natural beautiful look that I wanted.

I love this place! They are very gentle and achieve a really polished look. My family and friends complimented my nails and I ended up suggesting this place. Their prices are also reasonable and affordable. I would come back and get my nails done again. I recommend every person to go if they want to be pampered! Love it!

Love this place! After searching for a new nail salon for almost a year, I think these guys are THE one.
I usually go in for a full set/​powder over-​lay and their work is great! I’ve brought in pictures from Pinterest and they’ve been recreated beautifully. I always get compliments. And their pedicures are always on point. Compared to some places I’ve frequented they are very reasonably priced. And I always feel well attended to anytime I stop by.

So far so great! I’m here now for a pedicure. Very nice staff. And the pedicure feel so good. She is taking her time and she is friendly! I love great pedicures.

Better places in the area. Too expensive, and rush to do your nails. Will not be going back.

Giving it a second chance

I’ve been searching for a nail salon that is professional and delivers beautiful quality nails in a timely manner. I believe I may very well have found my new place.
I came in around 930am on a Thursday. I was their first customer of the day. Every technician made eye contact, smiled, and greeted me good morning. I felt welcomed.
The ambiance is clean and modern with neutral wall colors and minimalist décor. The tv was turned on at a low but audible level. All the workstations were clean.
I noticed my nail tech brought out a sealed new set of tools before beginning my services and I appreciate their attention to hygiene. My technician consulted w me about my current powder/​tip nails and I expressed I wanted to remove them completely and get a manicure w shellac on my natural nails.
She took her time, did greAt quality work and made sure I was happy. She informed me of their 20% discount Grand Opening special running now until February 1^st. My total for removal and shellac mani came to $ 30 and I received a $ 6 discount so, $ 24 and I paid the tip separately to my tech.
I would recommend this place to any and everyone. When I go back I will try out their design specialist. I can’t wait actually.
