Onyx Limousine Service

I’ve used them several times and I am always satisfied with their excellent service from the beginning to the end. Total professionalism and great attitude. Everytime we get different drivers, they always greet us with a great smile! I will highly recommend it to all my friends!

I rented a limousine from them. The person that set my reservation was friendly and helpful. They later call me to confirm. My driver was punctual. All my guests loved the limousine they sent us. It was my first time renting a limousine and I am so glad that my experience was so pleasant.

I like to talk about the good which was the driver and the ease of reserving the party bus. Now lets get down to business. I looked at the bus at the shop and requested the stripper pole be removed due to the whole family riding (Kids). The bus felt cool at the shop, but of course it was inside the shop and not outside in the heat so I could really tell what it would feel like in the Houston heat on the road. I paid 862.00 for six hrs and it was not worth a dime of it. The driver was very nice, but the bus was extremely hot and the CD player could not pick up any local stations. I was told the CD player was Bluetooth enabled and of course it was not. The bus had my girlfriend, family and friends sweating on our ride to A Taste Of Texas. I was extremely embarrassed and really wanted a resolution to the situation, but of course I did not. THINK TWICE OR TOU WILL BE OUT OF $ 900.00 LIKE ME

Do not bother calling this limo service! I called from CA a little late trying to book a pick up at IAH. When the person answered the phone they were rude and said to «We are closed and you can call, like any normal business, during business hours…».
I’m sorry, but a business owner who wants to make money and provide great customer experience shouldn’t turn a customer away if just because it’s outside of business hours. Just don’t pick up the phone if you don’t care to help a potential customer.

Absolutely the most unprofessional vendor I have ever dealt with. I ordered a car to pick up an employee to take him to the airport. Their website advertised $ 69 airport service, but was quoted $ 99. I explained that their website said $ 69 and I still wound up paying $ 84. They got my cc info and called back stating they needed to send me a CC authorization form. I did not receive it. I called back and they said hold on… waited 5 minutes and they never came back. They picked up the passenger and took him to the airport. I called the next day to request a receipt and tell them that I never received a cc auth form. I called the next day for same. I was told the reason they had not sent a receipt was because my passenger did not tip the driver. I said there was never any discussion about him tipping the driver. «Yes there was, you said that the passenger was going to tip the driver» I said «I am not going to argue with you» because a I was going to pay the tip, but she said «Have a nice day» in a sarcastic tone and hung up. When I called back they didn’t pick up but put me directly on hold but I stayed on the line until someone came back. I asked to speak to the owner and what was the owner’s name. I was told that was personal info and they don’t give that out. I told this lady, that identified herself as a «supervisor», that I was not trying to cause trouble, I just wanted a receipt. «Well, we’ll turn in in and then they will email it to you» I asked who will you turn it in to? «Accounting» I asked and how long will this take? «3−4 hours». I said thank you and hung up. I will never use them again. PS. I still have not received a receipt.

This company is extremely unprofessional and completely lacks customer service. I was tasked with booking transportation for a corporate conference and the experience I had with this company was unpleasant from start to finish. After receiving a quote from one employee, I agreed to the terms and asked to move forward with the reservation. After I sent back a completed contract, I got a call from Sandy, the office manager, who was completely rude and had a terrible attitude problem. I was shocked at the way she spoke to me and the reason she called me was to tell me that I had been given the wrong price, and the new price that she offered was $ 500 more than the original quote. This was a great inconvenience because I had already gotten the budget approved for the original quote and less than two weeks before our event, Sandy calls me to try to bait and switch me. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. You WILL get ripped off.

HORRIBLE service from Hyatt/​Onyx Limousine Service! We used them for a cruise transport. From airport to cruise, Limo driver was late, did not meet us in airport as promised (we had to go search for them in a parking lot, driver gave wrong location) and wasn’t even at the car when we got there. Limo was filthy! Old fruit floating int the ice containers from a previous ride. Driver was okay, not extremely professional, but not worth complaing about.
Pick up service from cruise to airport was horrendous!!! Driver was TWO HOURS late and we missed our flight. The driver was rude when he picked us up — he never apologized, just said «not my fault» (though as it turns out, he stopped to take his last pick-​up to lunch, which he was not supposed to do, so it was his fault). Driver said traffic was bad, though other limo drivers at the cruise said there was no traffic. The limo was filthy with garbage literally overfowing out of the containers. Based on all of this (mostly because he was rude), we chose not to give the driver a tip, at which time he cursed at us. We contacted the limo service and they have done NOTHING. They offered a free limo ride next time we go back to Houston (like we would EVER use them again). We live in Illinois — not sure how a free limo ride in Houston is a benefit to us. They refused any sort of refund. The person we spoke to promised he would speak to his manager and would call back, we NEVER received a call back or any sort of compsation for the horrible service we received. We chose using a limo because we were taking my husband’s parents on a cruise to make their 50^th anniversary special, and Onyx Limo completely spoiled this for us.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I LEARNED MY LESSON. A bridesmaid of mine went on the search for a party bus for my Bachelorette party and we ended up going with Onxy for it. HUGE Mistake! We got on the bus and it was nothing like in the photos that Maria (nina) sent to me I was so diappointed, not to mention all of the fumes we inhaled from the exhaust, the driver asking for his tip «up front» I mean who does that and then we paid a ton of money to be treated like this and basically taken around in a shuttle from the airport. It has little red beam laser lights, no «fireworks» like they sell you on in their fake pictures, not to mention we wanted a stripper pole in our bus to have fun with as this was a Bachelorette Party and wanted to have a great time and tear it up… instead we got a Fake Mini Fireplace in the back that was so tacky and they promised we would have a different bus especially after speaking with this woman Sandy who was so rude and obnoxious to speak with on the phone I can’t believe she was even allowed to do any customer service… This place is a rip off and a joke and extremely DIRTY! My Maid of Honor knelt down to make us drinks and her jeans were completely black and red! It looked like they never cleaned that «party bus» (no party really) and she was soooo angry so all night she went around with disgusting dirty knees from their bus… DO NOT RENT FROM THEM THEY ARE HORRIBLE! TAKE IT FROM ME!!! BIGGEST REGRET OF $ 660.00 EVER!!!
