This store is a good place to purchase tanks and mods… they have really good prices that almost rival shopping online. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They’re also very honest and won’t try to sell you junk just to make a buck (like a lot of vape stores *cough starter kits cough*). The only thing this store needs to improve is its selection — particularly their juice. While it’s awesome that they carry a lot of local juice, the options thereof are limited.
In short, the prices are unbeatable, great staff, but small selection.

I love this place!!! I discovered it when the vapor shop I used to go to had a note on the door saying they apologized for the inconvenience but they were closed for the day. So I used Unilocal to find New Element.
I went in and met Justin. It was the weekend that the Vapor show was down at the GRB. He was tired as he had been working the show all weekend, however, he was very professional and helpful! He introduced me to my new favorite flavor, Sin City. I went in a few days later because my tank was leaking out everywhere. Justin and Melissa were there to help me out again. They explained that my starter tank was to small to handle the amount if vapor I was using. They sold me a KangerTech tank and I have had not had any trouble with leakage. Last night I shattered the glass on my tank. I was devasted! I took it into Justin today. He fixed it!!! Love this guy! Love this place!
I highly recommend New Element! Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and super accommodating! The atmosphere is very a avant garde. They have a good selection of juices. Good location. The only bad thing I can say about this place is the parking situation. If you go during mid day (lunch time) it can be difficult to find a parking place. But that’s Houston!

I used to love this place… I will say that the inside of the store is very nice and the staff is very friendly and helpful. My issue is with the owner and or manager… whoever is in charge of the ordering. I have been a loyal customer since I discovered this place early in the year and I always buy the same flavor ejuice. They have been out of my flavor for over 2 months… but I totally understand. It is a popular flavor. My issue is that I have put in an order 2 times now and never have they put it aside for me. Every time I go in my name is still on the wall with the request of 6 bottles (I wanted to stock up). I had been waiting 5 weeks this last time for my ejuice to come in… as I thought that they had ordered some for me. Come to find out they don’t specifically order for customers but they would put it aside for me… which they never did. After talking with the staff I was basically told it was an ordering issue.
Again…the staff is great and makes the place what it is but I feel like it is very rude to tell a customer you are ordering something for them… then I wait 6 weeks for it and i do not order online or for anywhere else… and then find out that basically I was never going to get the order most likely. It’s just not good customer service. I will now be ordering online exclusively and I’m a lost customer. I just ordered online and it should be here Monday.

This place is absolutely amazing. Really nice setup, gorgeous modern/​rustic feel. They seem to know they’re product well, although they had a rough time figuring out the VG percentage in they’re juices. Other than that, everything else was awesome. From the chess board, juices, selection of mods, rda’s & tanks, to the freaking p.o.s system. A big plus was that I had been searching around Houston for a specific sub ohm tank that had just released, I couldn’t find anywhere but here. Plus they’re price was decent, not as cheap as online but hey, you know how that goes. Overall, I definitely will be coming back.

I’ve tried various ecigs, batteries, tanks, etc. over the past 2 years. Unfortunately, I had the worst of luck with any set up I tried and some horrible experiences at other vape shops. Since the technology has advanced and the new set ups are much sturdier, I decided to give them another go. I found New Element here on Unilocal and it happened to be an 8 minute walk from campus at AI, so I took a walk and a chance. Upon walking in the shop, I was immediately greeted and helped. The shop itself is really nice, I love the natural wood. Daniel helped me out with finding the right set up. He asked me thorough questions and was extremely knowledgeable on all the products. In short, I got exactly what I wanted and had THE BEST vape shop experience ever. I now recommend them to any and everyone interested in vaping. I’m one happy customer and finally found a reliable shop that I will continue to visit. Thanks y’all! I love my kangertech: D

Stopped in the other day looking for a watermelon flavor, unfortunately they were pretty much out of watermelon. All was not lost though, the guys hooked me up with a sampler bottle that happened to be in my 6mg range and said they felt bad for not having exactly what I was looking for. Pretty awesome service, they assured me that they would be looking for more watermelon flavors to stock. These guys are always laid back and super helpful, I never feel rushed and they never have attitudes like some of the other shops. Five stars for sure, keep up the great service guys.

Pristine clean place with a few stools at the counter so you can relax, taste a few things or grab something on the go. This place has a professional demeanor and sets itself apart from the other headshop-​esque vape shops. Super welcoming & knowledgeable staff. This is a fantastic shop! The staff was friendly and greeted me immediately. Very knowledgeable as well and answered all of my questions – special thanks to Noah, Casey, and Ken. :-) There is a very large and diverse selection of juices, and they helped me find the right one for me. Just went into new element for my first time. No doubt the best vapor shop I have ever been to. The guys working were so helpful. I’m a new vapor and I am mainly wanting it to quit smoking. The guys in the store got me set up with the eGo one. I am so impressed with their customer service. They got me all set up and showed me how to use it and everything I would need to know about it. You can even go in there and try the juices. Which are the highest quality I have ever tried. Amazing flavors. And they also do repairs! So impressed I will be recommending to other people and I will definitely be back.

I check out a lot of vape shops. I stopped by to this one because they had a good sale on mods. They posted it on Instagram. They seem to go by a motto of quality instead of quantity. They have lot of authentic actually I think they were all authentics. No clones or even the Chinese authentics like wotofo troll, freakshow, ect.
Word on the street is they are under new management and they are going to be switching it up a bit. Which I think is a good thing to cater to the people who don’t want to spend 200 on just the mech mod.
The staff is real nice and helpful. They have plenty of juices and they are very knowledgable about the juices they have.
Check them out when you get a chance. And stay posted to the changes. Hopefully what I heard is true and they are changing up there inventory.

Fantastic in all regards — location, price, staff & inventory! Most Vape shops are either located in a head shop or at low rent location and don’t have employees that know what they’re talking about — not New Element: the store is beautiful, the staff is incredibly helpful and they’ve got a wide selection. We passed this place a few weeks ago while they were still setting up shop and stopped in today. Great shop and knowledgeable staff! We walked in and were greeted by Cody and ended up spending about a half hour talking, trying some of the different flavors and learning more about different vapor devices. We walked out with a bag of 7 flavors because we loved all of them and couldn’t decide on any one particular. luckily this place is close to home and work so we will definitely be frequenting this great new shop. After checking around on prices, this place is pretty spot on. Highly recommend checking this place out!
