Master Eye Associates

I had a terrible terrible experience here! They made a huge mistake on my prescription and caused me a lot of $$$
Because I bought glasses and contacts with the wrong prescription and had eye problems ever since due to wearing the wrong prescription. I had headaches, blurry vision & pain. It wasn’t until I looked up all my prior prescriptions that I noticed they mixed up my right from left.
I tried to return the contacts but couldn’t return all due to the open box. I went back to Master eye to complain and fix the error and they had the nerve to Charge me again and wouldn’t admit to the mistake. Kept saying eyes change day to day… really??? My eyes have been the same for the last 15 years
I’m so disappointed in the way the handled everything. I will NEVER go there again!!!

Dr. Khong is an absolute sweetheart! That had to be the single fastest and most understanding eye exam of my life. They got my insurance information over the phone, so everything happened as quick as lightning.
They do no sell frames here! You get sent over to EyeMasters next door to pick out your frames. This actually makes the entire process much faster. I had 2 new pairs of glasses 1 hour and 45 minutes after stepping into Master Eye Associates. I just had to pick them up before the mall closed. :)
