I’ve been here a couple of times. If you’re not only getting shirts cleaned don’t come. The prices are too expensive for a cleaners that take that long to receive your items. Although the lady wasn’t rude, she didn’t greet me in a timely matter. She was in the back doing something. Which I understand that she might have been busy. But someone’s dirty laundry was left on counter. Someone could have taken the garments. I came a few months back to pick up some shirts. And I was pleased but for dresses or anything else I advise you to go elsewhere. It’s located on South Main in the Goodyear parking lot. I would say check them out. But I won’t!

Not friendly at all, the cashier can bearly speak English and gets mad at customers that do not understand her English like its our fault, I arrived at 6:45 on a Monday evening and the lady didn’t wanna let me pay for my shirts, so I had to come the next day, on top of that the price per garment is outrageous, never coming here again.

I have been to Main Street Cleaners for over five years. I have cleaners that are closer to my home but Main Street has done well the past five years so I just stuck with them. There have been issues here and there but it wasn’t anything that couldn’t be fixed. Recently, I dropped off 20 pieces of clothing. I got home, sorted out the clothes like I always do and found that several shirts were absolutely faded. I had two huge stains on the back of a button down white shirt(that I always bring in). I only picked out the few that annoyed me and brought it back. Dropped off the pieces I was unhappy with and told the attendant if the owner/manager needed to speak to me, to please give her my number. I did not hear from anyone, called back. The attendant stated it was still at the cleaners. I came back to pick it up(obviously I knew they could not do anything about a couple faded shirts but I wanted them to see it) and the white shirt still had the same TWO huge stains on it. So keep in mind that is my second trip. I had the attendant send it back again yesterday(5÷30÷13). I contacted the owner Naz today. I explained the situation above to Naz. I told her that I am very disappointed as I have spent thousands of dollars there and she was not apologetic. She questioned if I really spent that much money there. She also stated that the reason why my shirts were faded is because my clothes are old. I thought that was so rude. She also looked at the tag as we were speaking and she said«oh Michael Kors huh» I said yes I purchased all my fiancé’s MK shirts at Saks OFF. They fit him well. She said wow, she goes to Dillards and gets them for $ 40! I was in utter shock. I was getting upset and stated that whoever was working on my clothes that day was having a bad day, she stated then that’s why I am the one who suffers. Again, just shocked. Lastly, she called me a bitch and then I heard the dial tone. I am in disbelief as I sit here. Why would credit matter for the items they ruined? I don’t want to go back. I am afraid for anyone that goes. She was rude nor would admit to any wrong doing.
