Kroger Pharmacy

One of my unfavorite locations in Houston. I try very hard NOT to visit this location. Bad customer service. One time I was trying to return something and the clerk declined and insisted I had to go back to the location where I made the purchase because it was a frozen item. I tried to explain to him that I was in the area and there was something wrong with it. The bathroom was a disaster. Once I saw the situation, I ran out of it immediately. I would recommend the other Kroger location down the street on Old Spanish Trail. It is bigger, nicer and cleaner.

Kroger Pharmacy is just your regular pharmacy. Nothing super crazy awesome, but nothing super crazy disappointing. They have this one lady there, Ruth, who is one of the kindest people in the world. I went to pick up some antibiotics but they were out and for some reason they did not call to notify me (the loss of the greatest fifth star). But, even though she had to stay past closing (because yes, I was that evil client that went 5 minutes before closing to pick up my prescription) she called up other grocery pharmacies to transfer my prescription. She even transferred my insurance information which is such a hassle to have to set it up somewhere else and I was able to go pick it up within 10 minutes. That lady is amazing. And for that, THIS Kroger pharmacy gets 4 awesome stars.
