John Parker is a racist and discriminatory man who doesn’t like to sell to African Americans or Hispanics. Please don’t buy a car from this awful awful man.

Today I bought my second car from Jose Guzman at John Parker motors! This speaks volume on this dealership! Friendly, knowledgable, and honest service is what you receive here. I’ve had several friends purchase vehicles here and all have had the most positive things to say! I am loving my new Chevy 4×4 truck. They have always treated me like family, and I love that! This is the best place to come when looking for good quality, yet reasonably priced cars. They tell it like it is, If a car is not within your budget they will be honest with you. My credit isn’t the best so it’s nice to know you can trust and believe in the staff! Thanks again for the wonderful service you provide.

I stopped by today to look at a car. I called beforehand to verify if they had the make and model I wanted within their inventory. Upon entering their location we were met by two older gentleman, one of which was the owner who were both rude and curt in tone and demeanor towards my best friend and I. We were not greeted or shown any form of positive customer service by either the owner nor the other random gentleman present.
The owner was condescending and made it clear that he felt I wouldn’t be able to afford his price. This was all before I could even see the vehicle! In fact I never saw the vehicle! They didn’t bring it around. They didn’t show me it’s location. They simply reviewed their inventory list on a clipboard and basically inferred that I should scram because I would simply be «wasting my time.» How could one agree on any price for a vehicle that was not seen? Furthermore, they don’t provide a carfax/​autocheck nor record of title to verify how many owners a vehicle has. (SKETCHY!) We felt unwelcome and picked up on a disturbing xenophobic vibe here. I would NEVER spend a dime of my hard-​earned money with John Parker Motors with the disdainful, rude and ignorant customer service they provided. I will happily take my business and cash elsewhere.
