I had 40 year old, above the muscle, silicone breast implants that had become extremely hard. I saw numerous surgeons who said I would require a long extensive (and expensive) surgery to remove all the scar tissue and degraded implant. Most said the outcome would probably not be good and advised me to leave the old implants unless I was having something other than hardness issues.
I saw Dr. Tang who confidently said he could do the surgery and his price was quite reasonable. I booked it for the next week. The surgery took about 4 hours. Dr. Tang removed lots of scared and calcified tissue and put in 300 cc silicone implants under the muscle. I also had some liposuction to my abdomen at the same time! Yes, it was very painful but he prescribed plenty of pain relievers that worked well. I even went back the next morning for a check-​up in full make up!
It is actually almost 2 years later and my breasts look and feel awesome! I don’t think anyone could tell they are implants now. I am so grateful to have found Dr. Tang after spending several years with breasts that felt like baseballs because other surgeons were either too expensive or scared me out of doing anything.
I will say that Dr. Tang’s in office surgery room is small and a bit «off-​putting» initially, but everyone was professional and I had good results. Dr. Tang is always friendly and warm, and quite honest about what he feels comfortable doing. In reference to another review about fees, Dr. Tang does quote his own fees to you.

Extremely unprofessional place but you get what you paid for. The front desk is hardly there. Dr. Tang is always answering his own phone (this should’ve been my red flag). He was my second consultant. My first consultant with another doctor maxed me out at 425cc. Dr. Tang wouldn’t let me have more then 300cc. He told me I would look good in 300cc, but I asked to try in larger size and thought we agreed on more then 300. On the day of surgery (which no one called to confirm and he also failed to give me my prescription for a Valium) I find out I was only getting 300. He said he would try to fit more in during surgery. When I awoke in the car my bf tells me I only got 300cc so I started crying. I was very unhappy and upset! Only the front desk called to check on me that day, not the doctor. I was in miserable pain for 3 – 4 days. Please see Dr instead. His price is only about 1000 $+ more but I hear they roll out the red carpet for you through several friends. Those friends are also up and going dancing the next night. They had such a speedy recovery through his methods. Although my saline breasts do look natural, I believe I would be treated with better care in Dr. Ciaravinos hands.

I had Dr. Tang put in my first set of breast implants about 15 years ago. He did a great job giving me the balanced body I wanted. Since it was time for my implants to be replaced, I went back to Dr. Tang. He has always had a great beside manner and answered all my health concerns His professionalism and staff has made my experience an excellent one the second time around. I would highly recommend Dr. Tang to anyone contemplating plastic surgery!
