Tuesday buffets are $ 2.99 per adult, with a $ 0.99 drink purchase required. Also, Sunday through Thursday after 8pm has $ 5 unlimited bowling with $ 3 shoe rental.
In terms of food, imagine a Cici’s Pizza with lower quality pizza and fewer pizza options. However, there were options such as hot dogs, baked potatoes, and sauteed Chinese noodles on the buffet menu. I didn’t really get it and couldn’t figure out the overall theme of the buffet, but it’s not exactly a place where I had high expectations.
Similar to Dave & Buster’s, you need to load a card with credits, and redeem those credits to play the arcade games or play bumper cars/​other rides available. It’s probably not a place to go on a first date, but maybe a tenth date.

Its the Bottom of the entertainment barrel. The food was likely just one grade away from animal feed. Buffett manager was like an out of control ex movie usher that rose to the top of the chain after all others went to college or got jobs. 80 percent of the children here seemed to have no formal parenting.

I use to love coming here years ago. This place has changed A LOT since. The food is no longer good. All you see is young kids working in the back, standing around talking not refilling the empty food on the buffet table. It’s so dirty now I don’t even want to eat the food or use their plates and utensils. Save your money go to dnb! Better games, better prizes, better food.
Management definitely need to step it up! Hire better, more dedicated workers and clean up the place!

Decided to take my daughter here for her birthday. Nothing fancy since is a school night. Came here at 7:45 pm and they close at 11 but the buffet closes at 8??? It doesn’t make sense. And the girl up front told us we couldn’t get in the building unless a buffet was purchased. Well my girls needed to use the restroom so she told us it was in the back. So we started walking through the arcade are to go to the restroom. And she followed us to tell us that we can not go in the building unless we purchased. Then I told her well we are just going to the restroom. It doesn’t make sense to have the buffet close so much earlier then the actual closing time. Nowhere online it says what time the buffet closes. They need to clarify that to people. Very disappointed. Got a birthday girl very unhappy. Will never go back to this place. I don’t even think this place deserves the 3 star it has…

I’m not sure where to start about this review because my thoughts are all over the place. So I’m going to do the pro’s and cons:

I was pleasantly impressed! I’m not sure why it was getting such bad reviews. The staff was helpful attentive and polite. It was a tad expinceive but there was a whole lot that came with that price tag so I was cool with it. (Rock wall, bumpercars, this ride called the monkey drop and much more.) We did the bowling and games, it came with endless buffet. I tasted several pieces pepperoni, cheese, spinach alfrado, pineapple & ham, they were all delicious. Also I had a large salad that was very nice. Lots of healthy topings to choose from. Very impressed with the salad bar. They also had a large selection of deserts. I didn’t have any but the people I was with said the sopapillas were so delicious. I think this place is great can’t wait to come back. My son loved it so that’s all that really matters.:)

Omg this place is just a Royal Pain in the arse. Parking miserable. Food ia Horrible! Horrible! Choice of food just eww. worse than frozen. Weekends are a HotMess. Arcade is high to play! The prizes offered for credits are just crappy. We went to a birthday party and hostes was miserable. Nothing was done right. If you got money to burn and don’t care about food quality and like crowds this is your place!

This place sucks. I came here to celebrate my little cousins’ good grades. We went to the buffet first, I was starving & the only edible thing was a cold baked potato. The pizza was nasty, seriously how do you make pizza nasty? There were weird things like white rice with sausage, & peach cobbler with bread crumbs instead of crust… Everything was so old & cold!!! The mac & cheese was crusted over & the hot dog buns were hard, it was so nasty! So we get to the games & the cards don’t work, I pressed the service button for the rock climbing & no one comes until my cousin looked like he was about to hook himself to the ropes. I know this place is empty on weekdays but they could at least try.

Let me state: This was our first time here for me and my daughter while I was in town visiting. Terrible customer service! Just overall not good from the moment we walked in. Went to the desk and the employee looks directly at me and continues to have a conversation with a fellow employee for 5 min. Unacceptable! The bowling alley attendant/​employee was not intuitive and didn’t expect that I would need bumpers on the alley or a ball for a 5 year old. This was our first time here and employees should overstate info about this establishment for guests visiting. Just a lot of ANTI-​SOCIAL behavior for this being a «fun» place to bring your kids. Too many issue for us being one of the few guests there. Will not return.

Was here recently for a party and was really disappointed. There was only two partial pizzas on the Buffett and they had obviously been there for a while. When playing games we could not find anyone working the floor when a game jammed and the tickets wouldn’t come out for the kids. Lastly when we went to spend our tickets the girl working the counter wasn’t helpful and seemed very irritated that she was being bothered. The only bright note was the young girl working they party — she was wonderful with the kids and great and keeping them full, happy and entertained. Otherwise this location has really gone downhill and I can’t recommend spending money here.

This place is close to home and while my kids love going there I hate taking them. It has always been crowded when I’ve been. I think they are way too overpriced. The buffet is blah and I’m not a fan of not being able to come in for the fun without wanting to eat. I mean everyone must pay, adults, kids, seniors and the like.

Much better experience today! (My 1^st time back since the last review) Seemed like all of the games were working. There was a lady watching over the section me & my son had lunch in. Only reason not 5 stars is bc the food is below average… But they did have pizza steadily being served and you can’t go wrong with a salad bar anywhere. Another staff member in the restroom cleaning up. There has been a total turn around since the last time I came! Happy we gave it another try.

Monday afternoon @ 3pm, the place was pretty empty and as we checked in for our football friend’s birthday party. The unfriendly lady said we could set anywhere (since it was booked late) and we were off to set up the birthday table.
As we sat down, kiddos went off running off since the package that the mom got was the unlimited play for kiddos. So as us moms fixed up the table and walked to their extensive buffet, the first thing we realized is how old and crusty the food was. Yes i was on a lesser busy day but it seems like if you BOOK a party earlier in the day, no one and I mean no one not even the managers worry about how your party is doing but they surely love getting $ 20 per person for the birthday party!
I kept asking if we could get certain fresher items (that we constantly ate) and even the manager would rudely order the cooks to make us fresh foods which in my book it is not professional, she could have been lesser aggressive. Over all their food was acceptable but I know it could be so much better if it was hot and fresh.
The games were pretty neat and so where the rides, however since $ 20 was a flat fee for all guests, a lot of them were too short to hop on some rides and that was a little disappointing.
On slower days, the place has buttons like the ones in Walgreens when you need service. My daughter wanted to ride their monkey ride that goes up and down and when the game room attendant was rude the entire ride and didn’t EVER say a word to me or my daughter! (I am sorry if you just hate your life that much, maybe you should re-​evaluate yourself). I ultimately didn’t say a word to her either, not even a thank you.
The only up to this visit is that we made this birthday $ 20 worth per kid by riding and playing games until they closed and that once you check-​in through Unilocal I got a $ 10 card for games.
I do want to come back, honestly. Just that this place needs a little more enthusiastic staff and it is hard to want to come back when there is many other competitors in the area where staff members at least pretend to like their jobs.

Not a huge fan. It smells bad, it’s over crowded, and buffet looked disgusting. Pizza looked like it had been sitting there all day and the noodles and side dishes looked soggy.
We came for a birthday party and the hosts were complaining about how there was a staff member in the room watching like a bouncer. I think they had the room for an hour or two but she was in there the entire time. Just standing there. Then counting us down on the minutes, «you have 30 minutes left.»
Rides are pretty lame. The most interesting one was the bumper carts. One of the rides was broken but it looked like it would be a good one. But guess I’ll never know because I don’t plan on going back.

The kids had a great time here. They loved the galaxy theatre room where u can sit down to eat and watch a movie on the big screen. They also loved the bumper cars and had fun playing various games. The staff is friendly but a bit lazy. This is why I gave it three stars. I saw many of the staff members on their phones, taking breaks to chat with each other, or just walking aimlessly around when there was a lot of work that needed to be done. The rest rooms were not kept up with. They ran out of clean cups and silverware which had people waiting around so they could eat. There were more than a few tables left unclean for a long amount of time after people finished eating. This place has a lot to offer! The concept is great, but the staff seems unmotivated to make this place live up to everyone’s expectations.

I don’t really know how to describe this place… You do have to pay for food to play which I don’t think is beneficial, the food is awful. The games are not worth the price. Everything we played on either broken or didn’t spit out tickets. The customer service is great though. When you ask people for help they wanna help and the insure that your problem is solved. The food did not meet standards for a game place (main event, chuck cheese).
We probably won’t be back unless something changes.

Do not eat the food. That’s the only thing you really need to know. Sure it’s a bit pricey but my elementary aged kids had lots of fun here.
Back to the food. It’s pretty bad. In fact i think it made me sick. No way of really knowing but I’m fairly certain the pizza was the culprit.
The kids enjoyed the spinning roller coaster, games, bumper cars and the other things to do. The bowling is alright but costs extra.

Very disappointed with this establishment. Here’s a list of everything that went wrong:
1) ticket receipt readers — Out of all the machines, only ONE worked.
2) Finding an employee to help you to assist with a broken ticket machine took 15 minutes.
3) Soda dispensers — several didn’t work.
4) Hand sanitizers — did not work
5) Women’s bathroom — very messy and needed attention
6) Food looked like it had been sitting there for hours and was unrecognizable
7) No silverware for at least 20 minutes
8) Redeemed tickets and received a Laffy Taffy that was so old that the wrapper stuck to it.
9) Air hockey table was sticky and then didn’t work.
10) Last, but not least, the eating areas and the food areas were filthy. The floors were slippery and slimy.
I really can’t think of anything that was good about my experience. I’ll never go back. It all goes back to management and this location had none. Next time, I’ll spend my money at Main Event or stay home.

I’m by no means giving up because the kids love it but we seem to be on a downhill slide the last couple of trips. The time before last, we stood at the counter on the INCOMING side and said «excuse me» 3 times before either of the girls facing the exit acknowledged us. The last time we came in, it was 7pm on a Thursday and there was HALF OF A PIZZA on the buffet, about 6 people standing in the back and, quite literally, about 15 of us standing in front of the buffet. It wasn’t until I went to get someone from up front that they started cranking out the pizzas. Upside? Everybody got fresh pizza so… there’s that. :)

El truco es ir a las 8:00 pm y la compra de los tickets te salen por el doble de puntos.
