Berri Swirl Frozen Yogurt

The site says they open at noon, the door says 1. I arrived 10 minutes to 1pm & left 15 after they still weren’t open. I jus left very disappointed. I will not return

Came here on a weekend and the place was empty, there was one couple there. Good thing I bought a groupon because I would be mad having to pay for this crap. The yogurt was warm and by the time I dispensed it out of the machine it was already melted. Felt like I was eating a smoothie. The texture and flavor was not good and the selection of yogurt was not good either, they barely had any good flavors. I will not be coming back

My bad… we found another Groupon so we thought we’d give it another shot.
I always like to start with a positive so I will say that the girl working the counter was much friendlier this time, even after finding out we had a Groupon. Oddly enough, it was the same girl as the first time so I am willing to write it off as maybe she was just having a bad day on our first visit.
Unfortunately, the flavors are still odd and not appealing to what should be their target audience (there is an It’z and a movie theater next door) and the two that were (Strawberry and Cookies and Cream) they had run out of. My suggestion? Eliminate some of your more «creative» flavors and run 2 machines with your most popular ones, at least on the weekend.
Ugh… fool me once shame on you, fool me twice, well, we know where this is going. We will not return to Berri Swirl… even WITH a Groupon.

My boyfriend and I went here to try the boba tea. This review is only on behalf of the boba tea, as I’ve never tried their yogurt. The teas tasted particularly artificial — more so than usual for bubble tea. You could taste thick granules of whatever powder was used to mix the drinks. Moreover, the tapioca was squishy and malformed. There are a lot of better options nearby in the same price range: I Heart Boba, Pandan Leaf, and T-​House all come to mind.

Groupon not accepted as described. I told cashier about the groupon before getting my yogurt and she did not explain speci a l conditions of the groupon. St checkout cashier refusedyo accept full v a lue of groupon. She said I shoild have known about the special conditions even though it was not explicit on the groupon.
This store also has disgusting looking dispksys of other products than frozen yogurt.

One star is pushing it… Place was dirty, not many choices and temperature inside was way to warm for fro-​yo it started to melt right away. The lady working there was so rude, I’ll never go there again! There is so many better choices out there.

Not a very extensive selection of toppings compared to similar stores. Nice people seem to own the place, but it just didn’t meet my expectations as far as price and quality.

I found this place on Groupon a couple days ago and decided to take my mother for a frozen yogurt treat. We were very disappointed. They had a very poor selection of toppings and the only real fruit were some super tart strawberries. I’ve been to other frozen yogurt places and the toppings were endless. I won’t be going back here. I’m only giving them two stars because the lady that helped us was very friendly and the place was very clean and organized. I’m glad I only spent $ 5.

I love this place. Nice atmosphere, good service and great yogurt. Good place for a date.

My experience at Berri Swirl Frozen was delightful! The staff is friendly and attentive, the frozen yogurt is delicious, and the toppings are fresh. I also love that this is a family-​owned establishment and not a chain business. I had the white chocolate mousse and birthday cake frozen yogurt with mochi, M&M’s, and almonds and I ate every bite of it! It’s nice that they serve both sorbets and yogurt to provide a variety for customers that walk through the door. I would definitely come back again.

This is the worst yogurt place I have been to! I bought a groupon a while back, and thank goodness I only spent $ 5 on it! They don’t have as much selection as other places as far as the yogurt goes, and it’s all sort of weird flavors, or fat free, or sugar free… I don’t even know. I usually just eat the plain tart and they didn’t even have that! Totally disappointed. I mean one of the flavors was orange sorbet, which I got, but I’m like uh… this isn’t yogurt. When you picked a yogurt, mainly drippings come out first and then the yogurt comes out and it’s more icy like than creamy. Then for the toppings, the yogurt chips were all sticking together like they’ve been melted. Truly a disappointment! I hope they improve, otherwise I don’t see this business lasting for very long. Sorry!
