As iOffice’s chief executive officer, Don is responsible for overseeing the company’s overall strategic direction, planning and execution. Don’s experience and depth of understanding of processes and the latest web technology is the basis for the creation of iOffice, Inc. and our smart solutions technology.

Don possesses over twenty years of experience in operational management and process re-​engineering and implementation with an emphasis on office and facility services.

Prior to forming iOffice, Don worked for more than 15 years as a regional operations manager at Pitney Bowes Management Services, and has been instrumental in the operational success of highly complex corporate, healthcare and higher education facilities across the Nation.
