I swear every time I go to this iHop, I get raw eggs! I like my eggs over-easy, but I’ve learned to ask for over medium or hard to achieve the over easy egg I like. Never works. I don’t get it.

Stopped over for breakfast… thus far the service has been awful! as a military family, we eat at IHOPs all over the country. This one has been the WORST!!! The male server has not been friendly. Instead of checking on our order he was holding a more than 10 minute conversation with the couple behind us, then he brought me the WRONG order! I am beyond annoyed by this service. To add insult to injury the manager can’t count, the 10% discount was .94 cents off $ 40. Never coming here again

The food and service in the morning during the week is great. My sis and I meet Wednesday mornings for breakfast. We made the mistake of going on a Sunday morning and service was not the same. Food was still great though. I love the GRAIN&NUT pancakes.

This location was amazing! Are waitress was absolutely amazing! She come about 5 mins after we sat down and we just out are order in because we had went to the westheimer location and had to wait 25 – 30 mins! With this one we waited to 10 mins with lots of people ahead of us! She was very attentive and super sweet! She had to have like 6 or 7 other big tables. I applaud her for amazing customer service! The food was fresh and hot! The pancakes were cooked to perfection and I left a happy and fat little pig will make this my official ihop location!

We went for breakfast this a.m. The food was okay. But the service from Tammie was great. This was Thanksgiving morning & the place was packed! Our waitress did an exceptional job of taking care of everything from taking the orders & to keeping the coffee pot filled. Even though IHOP was crowded, we were seated very quickly by the hostess. Thanks IHOP.

If I could give 0 stars I would! This place is disgusting! I went there once in 2013 and the service was great but the food was not up to par. I decided to give it a try again on 11/18/2015 and it was just a bad experience all around. The waiters looked like they’ve been picked up from street corners. Very unprofessional. Not once did anyone come to refill our drinks. We waited over 45 minutes for our food. I asked our waiter to check on our food and he held up his finger to me and told me to wait. The place was nearly empty so there was no excuse for us having to wait so long. A couple showed up after us and got their food within 10 minutes of ordering. I figured maybe their food was easier to cook. But when the couple next to us arrived about 20 minutes after we did and they got their food before us and it was the same thing we ordered(chicken fried steak) I was done! I paid for my drinks and left. Don’t waste your time here!

Visited here late night and ordered garden veggie omelet! I asked them to substitute broccoli with jalapeños and they told me they will charge 99 Cents for jalapeños, anything else he will substitute like tomatoes/onions. To top that thing the server told me I was looking like someone who doesn’t want to pay extra and that was the most extreme thing to say while taking an order! The food is same as any other ihop but honestly I would hate to sit there if I wasn’t there with friends!

Craving the breakfast munchies late at night, my two friends and I decided to check out this IHOP location. Sadly, we were very disappointed. While we were seated promptly, and our server was nice, I felt we were being rushed to order. Also, after we ordered, he checked with us twice to confirm, yet one of the plates still came out wrong. Additionally, the food just didn’t taste as good as other locations to me. I don’t think I’ll be returning.

Mediocre food and service at best and not a good value for one’s hard-earned coins. This is by far one of the poorest IHops I’ve ever visited and wouldn’t recommend anyone going out of their way to get here. The only redeeming factors here is ease of getting a seat(the food is barely average), parking and usually nice wait staff.

Nice staff. The Manager took my order when the wait staff got busy. Nice place to study between the hrs of 3 – 730 pm.

It was very busy, and the food isn’t nearly as good as I remember. Our waiter did his best given his working conditions.

Very average food. Service is very good though. Wouldn’t eat at an iHop again. There are far better places out there.

I only come to ihop when I get the coupon in my email for a free rooty tooty fresh and fruity pancakes($ 8.29 value) around my birthday(sign up for their email list!). They usually let me order something else and pay the difference in price. I remember when I was in high school, I used to love ihop. But i feel like the quality of food has decreased over the years(or maybe my taste buds have gotten more sophisticated lol). I am still a big fan of ihop hashbrowns and maybe even their French toast or pancakes(haven’t tried those in a while so can’t say for sure) but today I had the chicken florentine crepes($ 9.99) and it was really quite disappointing. The chicken was dry and the dish was overall very bland. For the price tag, you can get much better crepes or breakfast food somewhere else. I would give it one star but the service is still very friendly and quick so two stars. I’ll mourn my high school self’s love for you IHOP :(

First thing that hit me when I walked in the door was the funky smell like the place needed a good cleaning(probably does). followed by usually bland food. Well at least the bacon was good.

Quality of service has really gone down in this IHOP over the past couple of years: It would appear that the waitstaff has turned-over to predominantly Spanish-speaking(no English) . This morning, however, I had a particularly slow and gruff black woman: If she dragged her heals any more aggressively she could have sold the static electricity to the power company. I sat for slightly over 10 minutes before having my order taken; it took another 10 minutes to receive my drink. I waited just shy of 30 minutes for my food which never came. I gave up, left $ 2 for my diet coke, and left without any fanfare. Quality of service was horrible. I now understand why there weren’t many people there — it’s too slow! There was another guy in a booth next to mine that came in about the same time as me; he never got his food either.

I just picked up a Togo order that was brought to me by someone that didn’t look like they worked at ihop. I thought they were a customer. she was on the phone the whole time an then her young son was tapping on my Togo food like it was drums. she didn’t even tell him to stop she just acted like it was nothing. I’m sure the food is perfectly fine but you do not bring your children to work. how do you expect to keep customers when in plain sight the restaurant is being used as a crazy daycare. I will NOT be back

After going to a «Free Pancake» Event(how could you ruin that?) to benefit a charity hospital(that they arbitrarily cut off at 10pm instead of running until midnight like they’d posted…) I had my car broken into in the parking lot. HPD said they get called out 2 – 3 times a week… this location doesn’t even have a camera or security guard. My car was one of five in the lot that had windows smashed… management didn’t even express sympathy. Couldn’t even get a general manager’s name to call… shift supervisor didn’t speak much English. What a trainwreck. They’ve lost my business.

Best ihop yet fluffy mushy buttery pancakes, light airy eggs and juicy sausages/well made bacon… as much as I really dont do pork. Ive tried going to others… like Westheimer– FAIL! But they just dont meet up. At all. I agree about the orange juice here as well, refreshing. I only get peeved by the manager doing 10rounds past my table each time I come, guessing im recognized or something but perhaps Im antisocial cause I DONT want to be seen. Sheesh, abhor that eye magnet feeling, do your job n rotate!

I’m a pancake girl. I’m all about the pancake life and my favorite place to come for pancakes is IHOP. I never go here for the service just for food. This was my first time trying out this IHOP and I was happy that I stopped here. I decided to treat myself to syrup and pancakes while I read a few chapters of my book. I picked where I wanted to sit because IHOP was pretty empty and my waiter made sure I was happy. He even made sure I ate my food before it got to cold because I was so wrapped up in my book. Lots of parking so I didn’t have to worry about looking for a spot and I like that I was able to pay at the table.

When walking into IHOP, you’re greeted by a kind of funky smell. This is NOT what you want to feel when you take your first steps into the restaurant, but still, we continued on since it’s IHOP and we’ve eaten here(without getting ill) before. Blueberry pancakes come with a blueberry compote and whipped cream on top of them. Forewarning, if you want blueberry pancakes with plain syrup, because you’ll wind up having to scrape off the extra stuff and your pancakes will be a little soggy. And the eggs! There’s so much butter and salt cooked into them that you can feel the unhealthiness as you take bite by bite of it. If you go on a weekend morning, prepare for a long wait. However, if you go on Sunday evening, around 6 pm, it’s dead. Completely empty except for maybe two or three tables. I guess that comes with IHOP being a breakfast and late night food destination. Either way, your service winds up being almost impeccable with your waiter not having any other tables.
