Hunky Dory is an updated interpretation of the classic neighborhood tavern. Led by James Beard Nominated Chef Richard Knight, the kitchen is built around the wood-burning hearth and features wood grilled meats and seasonal rustic cooking. Complementing the menu is an extensive list of Old World Wines and a great selection of whiskys.
History
Established in 2015.
Part of the Treadsack restaurant group in the Houston Heights, which also owns Downhouse, Bernadine’s, D+T Drive In, Johnny’s Gold Brick and Canard’s. The restaurant is a showcase of James Beard Nominated Richard Knight through his culinary background and personal experiences.
