Folks. I stopped by today and there was a «Lost Our Lease» sign on the door. All three businesses seem to have been kicked out. Last day of business was apparently on 1÷15÷2016. Such a shame. They know the folks at the Blue Whale on 19th. Hope they find a new home.

The owner is so sweet and she really cares about the types of chocolate she brings into her shop. I love that it’s local and has some amazing stuff in stock! The chocolate toffee covered almonds(powdered ones are delicious) and the candy bars are soo good. I stop in every so often but this is definitely the place to go for great, rich chocolate

Me and my daughter stopped by for a sweet treat after school today. It is absolutely the cutest candy bar place in The Heights. The owner is awesome and really is passionate about her customers. She had a variety of candies, from traditional brands to natural made. I bought the coconut macaroon chocolate bar and OMG it hit the spot! We will definitely be stopping by here often!

Came here for White Linen Night the other week, and I was so happy to have stumbled upon such a great local store! The owner is the cutest and sweetest person, which I guess is a prerequisite to owning a candy shop. The candy shop itself specializes in chocolates and homemade sweets, but it has a wide variety of treats, sweets, and novelties. During girl scout season, I think you can also buy GS cookies here(she’s a troop leader). We stopped in and bought some Seattle Chocolates, Hammond’s Chocolates, and homemade sweets. She gave me some great recommendations, and I’d have to agree with her that Seattle edges out Hammond’s because they’re truffle bars, aka super smooth. The shop itself is nicely kept, very clean and well organized. The owner is happy to help you and point you towards anything you can’t find. I will definitely come back if I’m in the area!

Popped in to browse this afternoon and had a really lovely time! As others have mentioned it is not a Dylan’s or really what I was expecting but there are PLENTY of yummy and unique items to pick from. I thoroughly enjoyed talking with the owner(who is a candy lover, duh!) and her daughter. It is just all around a warm store with delicious, all natural treats. I hope in the future they expand to maybe a pay-by-the-pound shop so I can get the sour candies I love as we’ll as chocolate and gummies and not feel like I’m buying the whole dang store ;) I will definitely be back!

Places like this is why I love the Heights, little mom and pop local shops. Heights Candy Bar is a cute little store front with candy, lots of candy. Don’t walk in and expect a Dylan’s or Chocolate Bar, because its much much smaller. It’s a really cute place to take the kiddos or for any adults who enjoy candy. They also have really interesting flavored chocolate. I got little caramels with chardonnay, combining my two favorite things! I also got a candy bar with bacon and potato chips(that was actually quite tasty!) and some little Easter eggs for friends kids. I really wish they had baked goods, or ice cream, but who knows what will happen in the future, they’ve only been open three weeks. For any sugar lover, it’s definately worth a stop in, supporting local business.
