The customer service here is incredible. These guys will take care of whatever you need in the best way possible. I definitely recommend this shop for anything you need because they are honest, reliable, and trustworthy.

Go around 530pm. They will get you in and out. Super quick service.

Fine for oil changes and state inspections, but price on an air filter was surprisingly high. Worse, it was impossible to get a price estimate in advance as only one guy was working, but that’s not his fault, I’m sure. Oh well… whole thing was about $ 14 over what I would’ve paid doing the filter myself — guess its air filters on amazon from now on.

Love this place, always fast, friendly and honest service. Byron at the front is great and will take care of whatever you need. We’ve moved so it’s a bit of a drive now, but worth it for me.

Being a new Texas resident and having to register, get emissions, etc., I needed to find a shop that a. was close by b. are honest c. wouldn’t charge me some ridiculous price for state emissions.
I found it all here! Going to any mechanic or car shop can be unnerving because it’s uncharted territory for most. I was lucky enough to to have a father who is a master mechanic and tool specialist. So I grew up around a car shop and know a thing or two about cars/​engines.
So when I go to a shop, I look for a few things and I’m glad I went to this place.
I was received by Jeffery. He was new to the shop at this location but had been a mechanic for a few years. He had a great demeanor about him and very friendly.
There was no one ahead of me for service and I was able to get a state emission in about 25 minutes or less.
They are efficient, friendly, and courteous. They had some people come up to the shop while I was there and everyone was treated in the same manner.
I appreciated the work they did for my state emission check and I will be back to try their other services like oil changes, etc.
I will update if those services are up to par as well. However, should you need an emission, this is the place!

Cole was awesome and helpful. The place was quick, nice, friendly staff, good location. Will use them as long as I’m here. Highly recommend.

I drive back to my old neighborhood to get my oil changed (or anything else they service) because they are efficient, friendly and honest. Byron is most helpful in the front, but all the gang is great. thank you. keep up the good work!

I have been coming to this location for a year or so now and have never experienced any problems. The staff is always friendly and the service is quick. Added plus, they have a television for you to watch while your vehicle is getting serviced.

I brought a vintage vespa for inspection. The «inspection» took thirty seconds. However, they first served all cars that came through in the two hour I have been sitting there. Every time I asked for the status, I was fifteen minutes away and right after the next car. I left after the last car left and after the guys took their smoke break. Clearly, my $ 15.50 bill comes after the $ 50 for a car. If you have a motorcycle DO NOT GO HERE!

They were very friendly and explained everything. They didn’t try to sell me anything and gave me a mechanic recommendation that I asked for

Joe was such a great help. The last place I went to said they checked my battery and the next day it died. Joe showed me himself where the battery was dry and corroded. Also gave me recommendations for future service. Very honest guy and just wants to help.

I dread giving bad reviews, but this place deserves it. As follows:
— THE SUMMARY —
Far from anything that can be called «express», this place gives customers the creeps. Fun for Halloween, this shop is far cry from Comedy Central during the rest of the year. The place is managed by a poor-​mannered «heavyweight boxing champion wannabe» and his minimum-​wage buddies.
— THE OPERATOR —
Ran by a grumpy man in the early 40’s with tattoos on his neck and on the back of his hands, among other places. He has been there a long time… so long that I went there in 2008 (and it sucked), and then I came back this weekend, and he was still there… still macho, still grumpy and opinionated, and still constantly distracted by personal phone calls, nice looking drive-​by cars, and his workers/​friends in the shop exchanging vulgar jokes and dumb remarks.
— THE SERVICE —
When I arrived, there was ONE person ahead of me, and 2 of their 3 bays were empty. And yet it took them 1 hour and 25 minutes to do my state inspection. But that’s not the end: when they finished and installed my new state sticker, the well-​tattooed «main in charge» told me that my tire pressure was low and suggested that I add some air soon. I showed him a finger and left. If you would have acted differently in my place, this place is for you :)
— A SIDENOTE —
While I was waiting for my car, the grumpy man came from the shop into the front office and noticed that one of the customers was changing channels on the TV (which is located in the customer area). He told him «Never touch the TV! I replaced two TVs in the last year here because people like you break them all the time, you know what I am saying?!»… and then he turned the TV off and marched off. Long story short, everything that’s wrong with the American car service industry IS LOCATED right in this little shop. Have fun going there.

Service here is absolutely terrible. Took over an hour and half for a state inspection and they did not clean off the adhesive from the previous inspection sticker. Moreover, the waiting lobby was very hot as it did not have working AC.
I will never return here again.

The good: it is an express oil change and you get in and out in 30 minutes or less.
The bad: they will give you the «free express 19-​or-​whatever-​point» inspection, which always ends up about how everything in your car is dirty (air filter, brake fluid, transmission oil) and you need to spend an extra $ 200 for it. I always refuse those, but since it is still a pain to deal with that everytime, I stopped going there.

There is a REALLY great crew working here. No BS, just honest help. I am VERY secure bringing my cars here, both American and foreign.
