Sullivan Brothers Builders (SBB) constructs «new, old homes» with modern conveniences and efficiencies in charming, architecturally-​accurate design. Every home constructed by SBB honors and compliments the design and character of historic homes seen throughout our region. SBB’s dedication to New Urbanism principles of Sustainable Communities are reflected in the series of homes that they offer.

SBB began their rebuilding effort of the Houston Heights in 1999 by identifying in-​fill development opportunities and purchasing old commercial buildings and re-​creating the architectural heritage of the neighborhood with new homes. In 2002, SBB developed The Townhomes at Canyon Creek in College Station, TX. In 2005, SBB started building in Evia, a Traditional Neighborhood District (TND) on Galveston Island. This new community adopts the characteristics of old neighborhoods in the design and layout while reflecting the architectural heritage of some popular cities of the south.

Established in 2012.

The Springwoods Village master plan makes use of the existing wooded and forest areas to blend dense development with a network of open green spaces, creating an optimal balance of nature and people.

Springwoods Village will offer a range of homes, from luxury rentals and urban-​style compact housing, to single-​family dwellings with yards. A variety of price ranges will keep the homes diverse and interesting. The community master plan accommodates 4,500 — 5,000 housing units.

Sullivan Brothers Builders’ neighborhood creation, known as Harper Woods, will feature approximately 90 single-​family homes & townhomes with easy access to the ExxonMobil campus & Town Center, a public art space, numerous small parks and green spaces that maintain the integrity of the natural environment while providing family enrichment areas.
