I always recommend Dr. Snow to friends. As mentioned in other reviews, the whole staff is professional, funny, personable, and friendly. It’s also very convenient if you work downtown — he is in the Wells Fargo Plaza on the 37th floor.

Dr. Snow and his entire staff have been fabulous. The location is very convenient for anyone working downtown. But the best part is the timely manner in which they keep their appointments running and the compassionate and professional manner that the staff has. After multiple procedures, I have found them to be funny, personable, and very concerned about their patients’ comfort. Insurance and appointment questions are answered quickly and efficiently by Kendall, and followthrough is consistently good by everyone. I am very impressed!

Dr. Snow is great! He’s very personable and seems to care about his patients. The staff is very polite and friendly. The hygienist and doctor have always made sure I do not experience any discomfort during the cleaning or exam. I’ve been a patient of Dr. Snow for 5 years. If you work downtown, their office is accessible via the tunnel system, which is very convenient. Highly recommend!

Dr. Snow, the hygienists, and the receptionist were very friendly and professional! They explained everything they were going to do and I always felt very comfortable. I would highly recommend Dr. Snow!

This office is very inconsiderate and does not follow-​up with appointments. I had to be scheduled for some fillings. never got a call back. This morning I was late about 15 minutes (mind you, last time I was at the office I sat and waited for 15 – 20 minutes) and they told me that I had to re-​schedule. Very inconsiderate and not very patient friendly. I would not recommend this dentist to anybody. On a side note — - If you do decide to go to this office you need to pay for parking at their building since they do not validate parking for their own patients.

BEST DENTIST EVER! He is so kind, staff is excellent. Convenient location for downtowners.
I came to him for a second opinion after I was told I had 6 cavities… he concluded I had 1… and responded to me «too many business men out there, not enough doctors». I couldn’t have said it better myself. Just a great, honest doc!
I told the office manager, Kendall, I needed an appointment by the end of the month, my insurance was not going to be valid after that, even with Dr. Snow’s busy schedule she assured me it would happen. And I am going tomorrow! Wahoo! Love them all!

Went in on a couple of occasions. Even with advance appointments the delay was absurd. However, the service was always good.
My major complaint is their inability to bill in a timely manner. I went in for a service in January, and received a bill in August for a service performed in January. I thought I had paid for it in full at time of service and received no other notice that payment was needed until August.

Best dentist I have ever been to.
Went to Dr. Snow due to convenience of downtown location and could not be more pleased with his operation. From the office manager, to the hygienists to Dr. Snow, this is a great dental office in terms of professionalism and candor. Very thorough exam with explanation of every detail. Had a couple of fillings replaced and Dr. Snow did an exceptional job. Not only is he a great dentist, he has personality and presents himself as one of your buddies. Highly recommend.

The best dentist I’ve ever had. This guy is very, very personable, and he puts you at ease before fillings. He is also great about explaining to you what he sees in your x-​rays or what’s going on in your mouth.
His hygienists and office managers are always professional and very friendly, even though his office music is cheesy :). Definitely go to this guy.
