They r in a parking war with Pink’s next door so beware of parking in the wrong place. This is a last resort for me. I always feel like its going to be robbed at any second. And groceries seem like they’ve been on the shelf a little to long. Also they take credit but their is a minimal purchase of $ 5

This store is filled with expired items on their shelves. On one occasion, I told the cashier who merely walked down the aisle, grabbed a can and mumbled something as if to pretend he didn’t know why there would be anything expired in the store. On a different occasion, I attempted to purchase some chips and a candy bar. Well, I didn’t think to check the expiration date… only to find these were a YEAR old. I did go back and they returned my money without even an apology or a blink. They pulled the same«confused act.» They have to know they’re are selling out-of-date product for profit. Buyer Beware… if you dare buy anything — check the date! Better yet, take your business elsewhere.

Every time I go in this place, there seems to be crazy people in here. I will usually go in to pick up some beer, while they are making me a pizza, next door, at Pinks. The store has all the normal things a quick stop should. They have cold beer, cigarettes, sodas, lotto, porn, and all the processed food you could eat. It is just that the ratio of crazy to normal is a little high here. I have seen people yelling at the cashier for no apparent reason. I have seen people fighting. I have seen people talking to the merchandise. Most of the time, it is just extra entertainment while I make my beer selection.

Convenient for me(seeing as how it’s mere steps from my house), and the drinks are always cold. However, they have a $ 5 minimum to use a credit/debit card, and there’s not usually much I want here. The candy is usually older and many of the foods carry the layer of dust that indicates they haven’t been touched in weeks… maybe longer. People-watching is usually prime here on a Friday and Saturday night as a mixture of characters stop in for beer or smokes.
