By the mid of August 2015, I had a crown done for a molar on upper left side. Dr Graham recommended it because 1⁄3 of the molar is made of fillings. He said that it will only secure it from falling apart in the long run. Okay, I agreed to go for it. It was alright at first. But anyway, long story short, it failed and he didn’t warn me about it prior to the procedure. I don’t think he tricked me but he should have told me there is also a chance it may fail due to certain situations and I am completely unaware of that. In these past 2 weeks, I noticed that that molar was extra sensitive. It doesn’t matter whether I eat hot or cold stuff; same thing applies to food hot or cold. I have creeping pain and the surroundings of the tooth is extremely uncomfortable. I contacted Dr. Graham last Friday 10÷2÷2015 and told him about it. He gave me some antibiotics and suggested me to go for a root canal treatment. When I asked him I preferred to have it extracted he immediately declined. The reason is that it is still a very good tooth in his professional opinion. Well, I know that tooth is no longer good and I plan to get implant down the road. Even after I told him so, he still insisted NOT to take it out for me. After this conversation, I had decided NOT to go to him anymore as he refused to respect my opinion. It is my molar and I am in pain. It really is up to me to go for implant. My family is also his patients. They knew the situation and they wouldn’t be seeing him anymore. Not recommended anymore.

I really enjoyed my experience at their office recently. They usually have a special for $ 75 bucks you’ll get a cleaning, exam and x-ray! I’m sure if you have insurance it will cover that cost and no co pay. They explain everything to you thoroughly and explain the importance in what you need to get done first and what can wait. I would recommend this dentist office to friends and family but the location is in the heart of Spring Branch which is a tad ghetto. Trust me, I am from that area! This office takes PPO dental insurance only. They accept credit card payments and cash. The last appointment they take are at 5pm and close at 6pm which I was there past 6pm and they didn’t try to rush me getting out the door or anything. Love them! I will update if I have a bad experience.
