All of these conditions or injuries result in down time, keeping you from reaching your fitness goals while diminishing quality of life. We will divise a plan to get you back to over all physical well-being while also relieving tension and mental stress.

Established in 2012.
Upon receiving LMT certification from Avalon School of Massage in Houston, TX. Tameika accumulated over 500 hours in therapeutic training. Her training specialized in a combination of Human Anatomy & Physiology, Hydrotherapy, Pathology, Theory of Chinese Medicine, Shiatsu, Kinesiology, Aromatherapy, Cupping therapy, Reflexology, Hot Stones, Swedish, Therapeutic, Sports, Deep Tissue, and Thai Massage. Tameika is also American Red Cross certified in CPR and First aid.

She has had the pleasure of taking care of the walkers of the Breast Care awareness walk sponsored by Reebok, she served as one of the massage therapist at the MS-150, she has provided chair massages for the employess of Price Waterhouse Coopers, volunteered chair massages at (The Abbey) Senior Retirement community, and she also had the pleasure of (chair) massaging the teachers at H.M. Carroll Elementary during Teachers appreciation week. This is just to name a few of the events whether paid or volunteered that she has proudly served. Caring for others has always been her choice of career. She joined the industry after receiving several relaxing yet life altering therapeutic massages that proved first hand the benefits were so much more than a just a massage. It is an opportunity to improve the quality of your life and to nurture a healthier lifestyle.
