They lost two pairs of my trousers and the little old lady behind the counter refused to admit it, claiming I had already picked them up. Ultimately, I wound up with no trousers and a laundry ticket. I kept on coming in and asking if she’d found the trousers yet, and though she was standoffish at first, eventually she became apologetic, particularly in front of other customers. However, her remorse never quite manifested into some form of remuneration. She asked me to start calling instead of coming in, presumably so as not to drive business away. Bottom line: Terrible. Avoid.

I took my wedding dress here because of what I read on Unilocal and a little nice Asian lady greeted me and told me that everything would be ok. She also quoted me a price of $ 70 after saying that my Wedding Dress didn’t need to be cleaned and there was visible makeup all over the dress. I left my dress for one week so that I could go out of town on business to return to my dress today with A New Blue Ink Stain On The Train. When I pointed this new stain out, the lady stated that I was giving her a headache. I tried my dress on, and went outside to get my Fiancé(It was his Birthday 8⁄26 so he was off work). She snatched my dress off of the hanger and began to run in the back of the business. I grabbed my Wedding dress in a tug of war fight, in front of a customer in disbelief. My Fiancé and I was devastated.

I’ve been coming here for dry cleaning for about 2 years now and have never had a single issue. They are very professional and«the lady» that owns the store does really inexpensive alterations, when everyone else charges an arm and leg. My dry cleaning always comes back heavily starched as requested. The prices are always right for the dry cleaning as far as wash and fold I know it can be a little on the expensive side depending on how many pounds of clothes you have.
