I have mixed feelings about this place. The location is just around the corner from my house, and their prices are affordable. BUT– their customer service is a drag. Well at least a long time ago. They have recently changed employees there. About a year back, I had the worst experience. I went in with my 6 year old daughter for a mommy daughter time. Mind you shes 6, and the employees there had the audacity to tell my daughter she had «an ugly hair cut, and that her forehead needed to get waxed!!!» Really? Who tells a random stranger that, a 6 year old little girl at that. My daughter started crying when we left bc she then thought her hair was ugly (doesnt know what waxing meant). So i stopped going. This year I’ve noticed new changes and deals with their shop so i decided to give them another chance. The previous ladies no longer work there (thank god) and the prices have gone down. The employees there now are nice and welcoming, but there is not many. Set up an apt first, your not guaranteed when you walk in.
