Corner Table

Save yourself the trouble and book somewhere else. Booking an event room in this place will make your event more stressful. The first sign off trouble was when we heard that the original event coordinator for the venue has quit and they seemed very disorganized about what we had planned. They also insisted that we pay a moving fee to move out tables and chairs that had not been in the venue when we initially booked. That was only the tip of the iceberg.
Our organization had an event there last Friday at 6 and when I showed up at 4:15 no one was to be found. There was trash still all over the floors and the furniture wasnt arranged as discussed.
This is after I had been there for an hour and a half on Monday doing a run through with event coordinators Jessie and Lonnie. Both said they would be there on Friday, neither showed up. They were still sweeping the floor as guest arrived, no one even vacuumed. The mic didn’t work and they were working on the mic until 7:30, so our schedule was pushed back.
They told us we could bring an iPad and play our own music but they couldn’t get any of it to work, that finally started working around 7 but sounded very garbled.
The found was to be cooked and brought out in rounds but they brought all the food out at once and I had to get them to send half of it back and bring it out in another thirty minutes.
Finally though our drink tickets were supposed to cover wells, wine, and beer, some of our guest were told they could only order beer, which was a flat out lie. I relayed my complaints to the poor man who was doing his best to help out that night and he assured my someone would call me this Monday ⁶⁄₂₇ however as of Thursday no one had called with so much as an apology. Therefore I will never use this venue again.

Yesterday evening I made reservations for seven people to celebrate my sisters birthday. When we arrived we all ordered drinks and an appetizer then when it came time to order the main course our server basically told us that every protein that they had on the menu was out. He then told me that both his pizza oven and walk in refrigerator were out of service which eliminated the majority of the items on the menu. My whole party was extremely upset and decided that we should leave and go somewhere else. I demanded to speak to the manager about the issue, he apologized and reiterated the circumstances. I told him that I completely understand that their refrigerator and oven are both out of service but if that was the case then either the restaurant should be closed today or the server should have told us that before we ordered anything. And to top it off when we asked for our check to pay for the drinks and one appetizer that we ordered the server added his gratuity to the bill. We all ended up going down the street and having a wonderful dinner at State of Grace!

I used to go to Corner table at least twice a week and order at their bar next door called 1919. I would order the crab cake tower all the time. Last time I went they informed me it was not longer on the menu because the chef has changed. The waiter suggested a fish plate with vegetables as sides. As disappointed as I was about not getting my crab cake tower this dish exceeded my expectations.

This was once my favorite restaurant in Houston (Chef Bruce era). How the mighty have fallen, the food is okay but lacks the once interesting and unique ingredients which made Corner Table a standout above the rest. The best thing on the menu is the tomato soup. The hummus is probably the worst I’ve ever had anywhere, stay clear if you’re smart.
The service has suffered as well, they had an exceptional wait staff, bar manager and GM (he would speak every time I visited). They have all new staff and the quality that once made them great has diminished. I hope that they’ll return to their former glory one day and occasionally stop by every few months in hopes that things have improved.

Love this place! The food is incredible. Ultra fresh sandwiches and salads, and some of the best baked goods on the island. The Coffee, any way you want it, is perfect. If you haven’t been yet, you’re missing out!

We had brunch here at about noon after my daughter’s high school graduation ceremony at an NRG stadium. We had a party of eight. They called about an hour before our reservation to make sure of the number and to have everything set up for us. When we arrived we were promptly seated at our table and the wait staff was very attentive. We have two gluten-​free eaters in our party and one vegetarian. The menu and the staff was very accommodating and everyone loved their food. I had something that I had not seen elsewhere: ocean trout eggs Benedict. It was fantastic! Two of the girls tried the waffles and raved about them. The atmosphere is very nice and artfully eclectic.
After a great meal and great service we toured the rest of the facility. The bars look like they would be a lot of fun at night. Very Art Deco! Two different outdoor patios would be nice to have in the evening when is not too hot. I look forward to visiting this restaurant/​bar again.

Excellent place to have lunch. The atmosphere was great, their seafood bisque was out of this world! I’ll definitely come back for a giant bowl of that. I will be revisiting

Today is Mother’s Day. My family and I had set a reservation for 3 pm a week ahead of time. When we got there our waiter, not a manager, informed us that half the menu was gone but that we could substitute items for something else. He then returned and said «Oh, sorry we’re all out of that too.» My mother-​in-​law then laughing/​jokingly said something about them not being too prepared. Our waiter very rudely said well this restaurant was packed and full of people before y’all walked in. Well I guess our reservations and them knowing more people were coming wasn’t too important. Thank you for really upsetting my mother-​in-​law on MOTHER’S DAY. Needless to say I won’t be back. Not because they ran out of food but because of the piss poor service their staff provides.

I’ve been here once before and found the food to be impressive. I recently suggested this place for lunch and was a little embarrassed after talking it up so much. The food is just not worth the price. You’ll find better elsewhere. Other than that, it was a decent experience.

Beet root hummus! Wow!!! It was sweet yet not to sweet. This is not your momma’s beets! The chick pea hummus was ok. But the beet root was awesome. I took the little bit that was left home to see if I can remake it.
The seafood bisque soup cup was a small portion but ok. The tune was really good. Great seasoning yet not too much. My friend had the lobster and said it was ok.
Had the goat cheese cajeta pie dessert and you could tell it was goat cheese.
Will definitely be back to try the lunch menu.
Waiter was very attentive and the busboy really takes the water service serious! Good service overall!

Corner Table.
I recall my first visit here with some close friends without reservations. The wait was longer than what was told. I told myself I wouldn’t come back after the treatment we got, but I ended up coming back recently due to a friend’s recommendation to try the paleo diet.
Restaurant is stored away, hard to find because there is no distinct sign on Virginia Street. But there is one on Westheimer Road! Restaurant is probably halfway of Virginia Street when you see the valet guys standing behind a white gate.
Parking here is $ 5 valet only. You can also park in the free garage shared by other restaurants (where you would park for Pondicheri, Eddie V’s, Beck’s Prime, Del Frisco’s Grille, etc.) but would be about 2 mins walk, so I highly recommend valet for night time.
One of my acquaintances made a reservation, so our table was ready. We sat promptly with our waiter arriving. **Make reservations if you plan on dining.**
FOOD:
Caramelized Baked Brie (2/​5, Delectable brie with caramelized onion, rendered bacon, and fresh tomatoes, encased in pastry, finished with mint infused honey): I didn’t enjoy its brie as much as I hoped. I know brie can be served more sweetly, which is the way I prefer it like at Oporto Café.
Beet Root Hummus (3/​5, With lemon zest and cumin served with paleo flatbread): This is such an interesting appetizer and was the standout of the night. I recommend for you to order this just to try it. You most likely will need to order additional pita for the amount of hummus they serve you.
Seared Scallops (2/​5, Cauliflower ‘risotto’ and TomYum Beurre Blanc): Presentation looked great but fell flat taste wise. Scallops were chewy but very bland. However, the paleo risotto was the highlight of the dish in my opinion.

My company and I agreed that the service was better than the food. Food is not anything memorable. I’ve experienced better dining than Corner Table. I would only come back if my friends really wanted to try this place.

I don’t even know where to begin. If there was a minus 5 starts option I would choose it… This is my first ever Unilocal review. I do apologize for writing a negative review for the first time, but our experience last night was so bad that I felt the responsibility to share it. We had been at Corner Table several times before, back before it changed chefs. We truly loved it. The food was tasty, beautifully presented, the ambiance was great and the service was good. So when good friends of ours wanted to get together to celebrate a special event, we thought Corner Table would be the perfect spot. Unfortunately, the entire evening was an epic disappointment from beginning to end.
I suggested we start with the crab tower because I remembered it being delicious, flavorful and big. This «tower» tasted like canned crab with lots of tomatoes — it lacked flavor, was bland and was minuscule for the price charged ($$$). Honestly, I don’t even know how a chef can send that out — it’s time to change the picture of this item on the website because it is false advertisement. But I digress. Our friends ordered beef carpaccio. I wished I had taken a picture of it. It was thick pieces of raw meat rolled up with spinach in the middle, zero seasoning — it was truly repulsive. I couldn’t eat it. As far as I can recall, carpaccio are «Thin pieces of meet with salt, pepper, balsamic vinegar and olive oil.» Pretty hard to messed up… So I thought. Well they did. In an epic way.
After the appetizers, we were starving so we decided to order some bread. We figured it was going to help us with this horrible taste in our mouth from the very disappointing appetizers. After waiting for a while they finally brought us this flat bread that looked like it came from the store, yet again bland. At this point I was filling terrible because we were the ones that suggested this restaurant to our friends. Thank God we are very close to them, otherwise I would’ve died of embarrassment.
Going back to our meal… We wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt and we said. We were sure the entrees were going to be better. Wroooooooonnnnnggggg.
Not only did they take a very long time to bring them (two were delivered and then sat getting cold while we waited for the other two entrées), but the presentation had a lot to desire for. The least bad of the dinners was mine which was the Pistachio Salmon. Maybe because I impressed upon the waitress to season it well. We had to return my fiancé’s pasta because it was raw. Believe me he is not a picky eater; he likes pretty much everything. He couldn’t eat any more after that. Our friend’s spaghetti and meat balls looked like a bowl of mush. Our other friend’s Sous Vied beef was everything but Sous Vied.
I’m sure the new Chef is very accomplished at what he/​she does and I realize that everyone’s entitled to an «off» night. However, the most disappointing part of the evening was politely expressing our dissatisfaction to the staff and receiving complete indifference from them. If management sees an unhappy costumer I’d like to think they’re interested in at least understanding why the customer is unhappy — in the very least fake it and pretend you care. Come by the table and ask what’s wrong. The Corner Table just doesn’t care about the quality of their food or their customers.
The restaurant itself is very pretty and the location is great but quality of the food and service isn’t on par with the prices charged.

Atmosphere was nice. Service was friendly but not overbearing and was accommodating. Prices were a bit high for what you received on the plate. Overall we would go back but not order wine. Wine prices were out of this world for normal people.

Been here several times and though I’ve had half the menu, I just can’t remember any item being extraordinary. Not bad by any means, just not omg-​I-​want-​to-​come-​back-​here-​tomorrow kind of thing. I have found the amazing desserts that an abundance of people keep raving about to be elusive to me. So far I’ve only tried the chocolate avocado mousse (meh) and bread pudding (less than meh). The beet root hummus is worth a try, and the scallops with cauliflower «risotto» is a great entrée. Paleo shrimp is solid. The crab tower is ok — not much crab, and it’s dry. But when you don’t add butter and breadcrumbs… I’m thinking it’s difficult to create remarkable dishes while trying to keep in line with the gluten-​free and Paleo way. That said, I think they’re doing a pretty decent job with the menu items considering their philosophy. I’m still going to want to come back here sporadically. I’d be a regular if I strictly followed Paleo. The place is cute, with little chandeliers and a cozy ambiance. They tend to make you wait, even with reservations. Waitstaff is decent enough, but not impeccable. Valet is your only real option here. Overall, I give it a 3.5 but can’t muster the finger power to add that 4^th star… Yet.

My daughter and I went here for brunch on Saturday, and was recommended the omelet, which was good, but nothing exciting. I also ordered the 3 onion biscuit, which was very dry and crumbly, and one was rock hard in the middle and inedible. My daughter had the chicken and orzo, which she really enjoyed. The service is friendly, but too disappointed over the food to go back

I went during restaurant weeks and enjoyed the prefixed menu. Love the atmosphere! I’m adding it to our rotation of our regularly frequented restaurants! Will definitely be back.

I haven’t been here in a while and was surprise to see they have a new menu, but come to find in they didn’t many of the items on their new menu available such as the fish of any kind. Lastly, the restaurant was empty for lunch, which is never the case to my surprise. Hopefully they turn things around.

I had been to 1919 Wine & Mixology — the eclectic and beautiful bar located at Corner Table — once before, but never to Corner Table for dinner. So I was excited to finally try it! (Especially since I’m currently doing a vegetarian Whole30 program).
To start, I ordered us the beet root hummus (no beans! Whole30 approved!) with a side of vegetables to dip in it.
I’ll shoot straight with you here — This was my least favorite thing of the night. But admittedly, it’s probably my fault. I think the brightly flavored, sweet, acidic hummus really needed to be on the paleo flatbread it came with. I altered something that shouldn’t have been altered. The flavor combination with the ripe, fresh vegetables was way too much, and I think a neutral, spongy, grainy base is much better suited for this type of hummus. Don’t get me wrong, I still ate a ton of it, so it certainly wasn’t bad! But it should be paired with the flatbread as God intended.
Next up, I ordered the curry cauliflower soup.
This purée of cauliflower, leeks and garlic, drizzled with coconut milk and cilantro was great. It was super smooth and creamy, and the flavors were nutty and earthy with a little kick! I was basically licking the bowl by the end, I enjoyed it so much.
For my entrée I ordered the vegetable lasagna, which was absolutely outstanding. The lasagna «noodles» are actually thin slices of butternut squash, which are then layered with zucchini, spinach, portobello mushrooms, and cashew ricotta. The flavors were full, rich, nuanced, and satisfying. This healthy little dish surprisingly provided a blanket of warm, enveloping comfort. I did not miss real pasta noodles or real cheese (CAN YOU BELIEVE I JUST SAID THAT) for a second! I would go back there just to order this again, Whole30 or not.
The lasagna also came with a little side salad drizzled with olive oil and vinegar, which was nothing remarkable, but it didn’t have to be, while sitting next to the fantastic lasagna.
Then my friends ordered dessert. And I stared at their dessert for a very long time. Because it looked so good.

It’s okay though. I ordered a decaf coffee with coconut milk, and I thoroughly enjoyed it! All I had to do was keep telling myself I was really drinking chocolate cake and popcorn and potato chips, and I was totally fine!!!

I had a lovely experience at Corner Table. The staff was informed and efficient, and the food was not only healthy, but delicious fare that made me feel as if I was indulging myself. This paleo-​centric spot is definitely not one to be missed!

This place was excellent. We ordered the $ 35 per person four course dinner and I had the filet that was exceptional. But the crab Avacado stack was phenomenal. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. There’s also a club scene connected to the restaurant and it looked like a nice place. The music sounded good. I’m sure we’ll be back.

Came here with a very large group for a celebratory dinner. Was extremely impressed with how well we were taken care of, given the size of our group, all the stuff we ordered, and the special requests we made. Our service was just right… not too fast, not too slow. Hard to time everything with a group this size. Friendly, just attentive enough. We never went without refills, fresh drinks, and all courses were timed well. Some had salads, some had soups, some had full entrees… and it was all timed and arrived appropriately.
Food quality was awesome. I think we all really enjoyed our meal.
Our reservation was kept perfectly, our table was ready, and our wait staff was patient with us as we made up our minds.
Reason for 4-​star instead of 5: Only thing I can’t stand: $ 5.00 for valet. Um, I’m dining in YOUR restaurant. Why should I pay to park here? I get it, there’s no parking, it’s all valet. But $ 5.00, after I just spent $ 100 eating and drinking? I can’t think of another restaurant in Houston that does this. Not even Tony’s…and Corner Table, you’re no Tony’s.

I’ve been wanting to try Corner Table for quite some time because despite a 3.5 stars Unilocal rating, I’ve heard a lot of good things about this place and now that I actually dined here, I feel like my friends were lying to me and we can no longer be friends but I digress…
My party of four came here for bunch yesterday; we all left hungry and utterly disappointed that we wasted a lot of money on such a lackluster meal. With that said, for a restaurant boasting $$$ as their value, you could at least do all your patrons a favor and hire a better staff and perhaps a better chef/​cook. But, again, I digress.
HRW FOOD:
Southern Style Salad: two shrimps atop a bed of arugula, tomatoes and fresh mozzarella. The salad was refreshing but could’ve used more cheese.
Chicken and Waffle Sandwich: there were so many nope’s with this dish, it’s not even funny. First off, straight up Eggos on my plate and they weren’t even cooked properly. If you don’t have the decency or pride to actually make waffles, then at least invest in a toaster that will toast your store bought frozen waffles hot. Second, if «candied bacon» were normal bacon, what would normal bacon be called? Bacon bacon? Don’t advertise something you don’t actually serve. Third, the fries were clearly old fries and reheated poorly. The only good that came out of this was the fried chicken, but it wasn’t enough to fill me up.
Chicken Fried Steak: probably the best thing on the HRW menu because it tasted exactly like the chicken fried steaks I used to eat when I was in elementary. Plus, the mashed potato was pretty tasty.
Chicken in a Basket: literally one over-​poached egg wrapped in bacon, so again… not sure why «eggs» and «prosciutto» were in the description. The mashed cheddar-​jalapeño polenta was plentiful but tasted like plain grits.
Sorbet Flight: three different flavors but don’t ask me because no one wanted to tell me what I was being served. It wasn’t good anyway.
White Chocolate Bread Pudding: sorry, there should be quotations around «white chocolate» because it was all dark chocolate. When asked about it, the server goes «well it’s mixed in somewhere.» Lol, thanks… but no thanks; the dessert was too dry and too sweet.
Tres Leches: this dessert should be re-​labeled as «dried out pound cake with lots of whip cream to trick you into thinking this might actually be tres leches.» Need I say more?
PALEO FOOD:
Only three of us ordered from the HRW menu, and the other had the most sense to order from the regular menu…
Grilled Hangar Steak with Argentine Chimmichurri and 2 Organic Eggs «your way»: clearly, making paleo food is where Corner Table excels. Even though the chimmichurri sauce was missing, the seasoning on the steak was delicious, and the vegetables hash made for an excellent accompaniment.
SERVICE:
Overall service was terrible; our waitress had no idea what was going on half the time and the manager was just aimlessly walking around, asking how things are, but clearly had no interest in satisfying his customers. As mentioned above, the steak and eggs entrée didn’t come with the chimmichurri sauce, so when we asked the manager for it, he said he’ll grab it for us but never came back. And when we asked our waitress, poor girl brought back ketchup and tried to convince us it was chimmichurri sauce. It was only after I stuck my fork into the ketchup and «tried» it to assure her that, sure enough, it was ketchup that she actually went back to the kitchen to ask about it only to return and tell us that they didn’t have any chimmicurri sauce… cool, that would’ve been nice to know from the beginning.
AMBIANCE:
The décor is very cute inside and it would make for the perfect girls brunch outing. But aside from that, the restaurant is incredibly small and the waiters/​servers all have trouble maneuvering around in such tight spaces because we were hit in the head by someone’s butt quite a few times.

Good mimosas. Ordered the Turkey Benedict based on the server’s cation that the coconut pancakes were «dry.»
Hollandaise sauce could have used some acid. The entire plate was cooler than room temperature, unfortunately. The turkey sliced at about a 3. The biscuit was dry. Eggs were perfectly poached. Each surrounding meal came out garnished with the same parsley.
Overall, the meal was mediocre. But the ambiance and mimosa help to justify my rating.

Restaurant week brunch! 4 of us went, and probably only 1 will be back.
Read a previous review saying that the waffle part of the chicken and waffles was Eggo brand. I just couldn’t believe it, we ordered it anyway… Definitely Eggo. No doubt. IHOP makes their own waffles– no excuse to have store bought frozen waffles in any restaurant, let alone one participating in Restaurant Week. I’m embarrassed for them. The accompanying fries were under seasoned and soggy– two people ordered this and neither ate the fries.
I got the chicken basket– 1 egg, prosciutto and cheddar jalapeño polenta. It was a good meal but really should have come with 2 eggs. The other in our group got the chicken fried steak and was happy.
Desserts– 2 got the trio of sorbets. Both were disappointed and 1 didn’t even finish. The other got the tres leches. It was a small portion and dry?! Hard for me to figure out how a tres leches is dry. Probably the worst one I have tried. I got the «white chocolate» bread pudding. It was good but topped with dark chocolate so the name is misleading. If there was white chocolate in there, it was a surprise to me.
Service was slow. They forgot one of the salads. At one point they cleared half the table but left the other plates behind. Just weird for such a pretty place.
We had fun, but overall a bit disappointed in their restaurant week presence.

valet is 5 dollars, unless you can find parking in the limited spaces in front of the restaurant.
Had the hrw lunch menu here. The staff was very nice and we were seated promptly. We started with the gumbo which was excellent! Good seafood to broth ratio and just enough rice. Lots of crawfish tails and a few sausages.
Korean steak with kimchi: the steak was cooked well, very tender. Portion is very small so don’t come with a large appetite. The pancake on the bottom tasted like a hash brown, but was really good and very crispy. The kimchi was more like cole slaw. They should have just gone to hmart to buy bulk kimchi. The beans on the side were cooked well and still had a nice crisp.
The desserts were awful. I ordered the white chocolate bread pudding. I was sure to look at Unilocal before coming to the restaurant and the images looked similar to the bread pudding from ruggles. It was completely different and was with dark chocolate… What? So I asked to switch to tres leches which was even worse! Absolutely no milk on the bottom. It was just a wet slice of pound cake with no flavor.
To top it off, there is an automatic 20%gratuity charged to the bill even with a party of 2. Apparently it was written on their menu but I seemed to have overlooked. The food was good, but not worth the valet and automatic grat.

What a fiasco! We came for brunch during Houston Restaurant Week; our poor server was charming but the overall service was bizarre and unpleasant. We all ordered the chicken and waffle sandwich… until we looked into the kitchen and saw a Costco-​sized jumbo pack of… EGGO WAFFLES! We asked our server, who honestly replied and expressed her apologies as we changed our order. A few minutes later the GM or someone in a suit came by to ask how we were doing. We told him about our EGGO sighting and our surprise that they didn’t make their waffles from scratch.
He INSISTS that this jumbo pack was the personal property of one individual and that OF COURSE they made their waffles from scratch. We look up again and the jumbo pack has disappeared from sight. The poor folks at the table ordered the chicken and waffles and I promise you… they were EGGO waffles.
What’s more offensive… the EGGO’s or the denial?! The food we did order was meh… but that obnoxious manager commented on the plates that were eaten by saying «well that was horrible wasn’t it?!» Yuck. Won’t be back here… to bad, because my office is so close by…

Came for the HRW brunch with friends and overall, it was a good experience, but started off with a hiccup.
I made a reservation for five at 11 a.m. (opening). I don’t know if the policy is to wait for most of the party to be present to be seated, but at least half my party was there before we got sat, even though the dining room wasn’t crowded and plenty tables for large parties were available. Anyway, the watermelon gazpacho was good. Basically like an herby watermelon soup. The shrimp salad seemed decent based on comments from friends. The chicken fried steak got positive feedback. The eggs in a basket tho… I could eat that forever. If only they added one more eggs and a touch more of that cheddar polenta. All the desserts were good, but the warm chocolate bread pudding was the star. Felt like we got quite a bit for the price and it went to a good cause. Can’t be mad at that.

BLUF: A must go for paleo eaters. Unbelievable on all levels.
I have been eating paleo for 2 years now and love it. Going out to eat is not possible though but it doesnt stop me; i just cheat a lot. This place is amazing and the best things are the menu are paleo. Catering to paleo is original and helpful to those of us who do eat that style so it does get bonus points; however, it doesnt need the charity. Worth the 5 stars.
First off the place is amazing looking. Very fancy and modern and hip. Very cool. The service is very awesome too. One of the best waiters we have had anywhere.
We started off with the mussels in curry on paleo bread. It was very good and very light for a starter.
Then we got the paleo pizza which had duck, cherries, onions etc on a i think arrowroot crust. It was awesome. Def not really a pizza and doesnt taste anything like a pizza but it was a great meal.
The main thing we got was the pappardelle pasta with beef. It was unreal. The noodles were thick and hearty but i forget what they were made out of. the meat was perfect and the base was awesome. it really was amazing.
if we didnt have to get in a car to drive to dallas we would have loved to try a cocktail. they looked great and the bar was fully stocked.
Unreal place. If I go back to Houston I would def go back.

The look and interior design is not bad. Comfy and homey with a dash of sophistication. However the food seemed a little overpriced for the quantity and quality. Everyone in my group ordered something different so I was able to try new flavor from their plates. I was a little underwhelmed.
Parking can be difficult. There is street parking but make sure you aren’t in a restricted spot. The restaurant offers valet parking for $ 5.

Food is good but the service is lacking.
Our waiter took our silverware after appetizers and we had to search for him to get forks after our meals came. There were four of us and they kept giving our meals, drinks and appetizers to the wrong person.
We ordered hummus and got about 6 very small pieces of bread, and upon requesting more we were charged a lot extra.
On the plus side, drinks were good.

The chef has changed! This means the menu has changed quite drastically. My beloved spinach and gruyère stuffed chicken breast is no longer on the menu, and that makes my heart hurt. Though heartbroken, life went on, and I ordered the Corner Table burger which comes with fries. It was good but not anything to rave about. The head chef won Hell’s Kitchen in 2013, and her winning dish is on the menu, so we ordered that as well. Honestly, it wasn’t anything to rave about either. It was good, but it didn’t tug my heartstrings.
I’d like to note some changes regarding the lunch menu since the new chef. The lunch menu isn’t as extensive as before. I remember there were quite a number of paleo options, but now, there seems to only be a few. They still have large selection of desserts, however.
