I can’t believe no one’s Unilocaled this yet. I guess their clientele is probably older ladies… which doesn’t overlap w/the Unilocalers. anywho, it’s a very uppity place, very nice and immaculate. But I was a little upset that they didn’t listen to a word I was saying when my mom and I went in for a treatment. The employees’ attitudes were complacent and not very accommodating. My mom’s english isn’t very good, so I told the Clarins lady that my mom will be having the Detox massage, to which she brushed us off and told me to go into the room and undress. My mom received her massage in one room, and I was in the room next to hers, separately. After I came out of my massage an hour later, I find out that my mom had received an Exfoliation massage, Not the Detox. To explain, the Exfoliation massage is basically scrubbing your skin. ie, giving you a squeaky clean wash-thru.(a shower is included in each room). This is definitely not worth a hundred bucks for someone to wash you… we do this all the time at home using a special exfoliating«Italy towel»! The Detox, which I picked, is a massage that releases the toxins in your body and harbored in your muscles, and something I would actually PAY for. What a waste of our time for her to get washed. I feel like the employees did not listen and they didn’t care. For something so pricey, I would expect a little more attention to the customer.
