The Citadel On Kirby is Houston’s newest full-​service event venue! Inspired by beautiful Scottish castles and the bold Texas spirit, the Citadel is both elegant and grand! With its 26 ft high ceilings, premier interior finishes and furnishings including over 20 wrought iron chandeliers, and nearly 20,000 SF of event space, The Citadel on Kirby is the perfect venue to host life’s special events including distinguished weddings, receptions, corporate events, conventions, and grand galas. The Citadel not only has the capacity to handle up to 1,500 guests indoors, it also has over 6 acres of lush landscaped gardens, fountains, gazebos, and refined décor for a spectacular outdoor event! Our venue is built new from the ground up. Imagine having your dream event at this refined address!

Located on prestigious Kirby Drive, near the NRG Stadium. From the minute you enter this sprawling estate, you will notice a grand gorgeous building amid several acres of lush landscaped gardens. The gazebos, waterfalls, fountains, patios, and the variety of colorful plants will take your breath away. Then you arrive at the main entrance of this imposing structure which is built to resemble a 17^th century grand castle. The sheer size of this beautiful structure under the blue Texas sky will amaze you! You will feel like you are in another world. From the intricate stone work on the main towers of the structure to lovely arched platforms, this venue is a work of art. It was conceived to host the most distinguished events in Houston.
