I had a terrible experience that turned out okay. Because of Jonathan I now have my videos and pictures of my little baby, that I thought might have been lost forever. He was able to recover those for me. Thank you so much!!! I will return, and recommend this store to anyone!

I was carrying around an iPhone with a cracked screen for months until it finally just stopped working altogether. I called several places before I found this store and the prices were just more than what I wanted to pay. I came across this cell phone repair shop on my way to the gym across the street. When I came to the door the guy had just locked up and was getting ready to close down. He saw me at the door and stopped what he was doing to see what I needed. I showed him my phone’s cracked screen and explained that it also wasn’t turning on anymore. He told me he was about to close but he would go ahead and fix my phone since he hadn’t closed the register down yet. He really did not have to do this since technically it was time for him to leave and I appreciated that he even stopped what he was doing to take time to hear my problem without blowing me off to get out of there. He replaced my screen and my power button and my phone is practically like new. I would certainly come back to this cell phone repair store if I ever need another repair. The customer service was great and the repair was too. Thanks again!

Took my phone to some other cell phone repair shop in Spring before coming here and they managed to stop the speaker from working. My friend suggested this place after she got her LG G4 fixed. I called in to get my loud speaker replaced on my iPhone and a cracked cell phone screen repair. They are fast, professional and use good quality cell phone repair parts. I would certainly recommend them if you need your cell phone fixed and you don’t have time to go wait in the store they will come to you.

I was traveling through Houston and I had to stay overnight at the Hilton by the airport. During that time my most precious possession that had all my work on it for the next day in Atlanta. Needed a computer virus removed from my laptop. I took it to this cell phone repair store and my computer was running just as good if not better than before it had the virus. This place is great I would give them more stars if I could. Plus you don’t have to wait so long to get your device looked at. Practically saved my Life! Thanks again

Incompetent, Lazy, Liar and cares nothing about his customers.
If I didnt think this was one of my worst experiences dealing with a small business, I wouldnt be doing this. Im not trying to ruin a business, im trying to give business to owners who run a proper business, who deserve to be compensated with your hard earned money. This is not one of them. That is what Unilocal is about.
Maybe it was the poorly written note on the door that said they wouldnt open till noon on the Tuesday after Memorial Day, that should of scared me off.
Maybe it was the slob who stumbled out the back room who talked down to the woman waiting before me, that should’ve scared me off.
Maybe it was when the same woman told me to «Just wait, Ive been here three times the past week.» That should of scared me off.
I came on my lunch break that Tuesday and had a simple cracked screen on my Iphone 5s replaced. The screen had been cracked for over 3 weeks and was still more than operational. I dropped the phone off and an hour later picked it up and had to get back to the office. Over the next week the screen would have parts that were completely unresponsive. I brought it back 5 days later. The same guy begrudgingly replaced the screen for free again. He said it was working before he replaced it anyway. I picked the phone up and then went back to the office. In a meeting 2 hours later I looked at the phone and screen had a new small crack running down the upper right hand corner and the phones screen was now slightly loose. The previous issue was now completely exacerbated to the point the point the phone was unusable. I brang the phone back immediately. The same slob told me «well bro it wasnt broke when you picked it up.» I could have the screen replaced for 80 dollars «bro.» Im not his bro, im his customer who is paying a good chunk of change for what is really 10 minutes of work. I told him I wouldnt pay him another dime to touch my phone again. I brought my phone to the Apple Store yesterday. I was told the screen was completely incompetently replaced internally. The LCD needed to be replaced and should of been easily diagnosed with just what I said was happening.
Im now out over 200 dollars, because all this guy knows how to do is remove the glass and pop in a new screen. Well actually he doesnt know how to even do that.
Dont fall into the trap of paying 10 to 20 dollars cheaper to have your screen replaced here and god forbid you bring your phone in for something more serious. Theres plenty of options in the area, go there.

These lies he is perpetrating I have to respond.
THERE WAS NO BLACKMAIL INVOLVED OR EVER THREATENED. Why would I let you touch my phone again, after you failed to do your job twice? He knew I found him on Unilocal,and I let him know he would get a review that detailed his negligence.
It didnt say «at lunch.» It said store will not be opening till noon on THE DAY AFTER Memorial Day. Some of us do work hard, and were at work at 8 AM and only had an hour. I wasnt disrespecting your work break, you were coming up with an idea to stage off your obvious hangover by not showing up on time as two customers waited. You then had the audacity to rudely talk down to both of us by pointing to your sign, like it made sense to be opening late.
1) The phone was not shattered when I returned at 2 pm. Here is an actual picture what the screen looked like.
As you can see its a small crack not even covering the actual needed screen. The crack is in a location that you can see was caused by improper installation and carelessness.
He did not offer a discount to put a new screen in, he said it would be «80 dollars bro.»
2) I did not tell him to get «A real f’ing job» in his store. I said it after he confronted me IN THE PARKING LOT while I was getting into my car well after I had left the store.

In less than a hour my iPhone 5s cracked screen was repaired. Mentioned the 15% off offer from Unilocal and without hesitation got the good price. Paid around $ 73 and got a three month warranty over the screen replaced.

My iphone 5 screen was badly damaged. I called this store up and they were so pleasant to deal with. I drove to their location thinking i would have to wait forever but that was not the case AT ALL. They were super fast and the quality was the best. I highly recommend these guys. My total due to the Promo they were running when you mention Unilocal was only $ 73.14!!! how awesome was that. I broke my screen on my iPhone and went here. They are very nice and helpful!!! Spoke with a guy named Jonathan and he gave me a great price and made my baby like new again!!! I swear the touchscreen is actually working better now than it did when I first bought my phone!!! If you need a quick fix at a good price I highly recommend this place!

I was hesitant to come here because there weren’t any reviews, but I’m glad I did. After dropping my iPhone 5s, I needed a new screen. I came in and the manager said it would be no problem. It cost $ 85 and before I knew it, he was done and I was out the door with what looks like a brand new phone. Thanks Cell Phone Fix USA!
