Rigo is the kind of technician you hope shows up on your doorstep when you have an AC problem. It is only a bonus that he is also the owner. Right away you get the sense that he is going to do the job right for a fair price. He explained the job to me in terms I could understand and gave me a few options. He had the supplies with him and completed the job quickly.
I’m leaving such a great review, my first actually for a non-food/drink place!) because I think more people need to know that there are AC people out there that don’t feel like the are ripping you off. In fact, I felt so comfortable with him that I took the dog to the groomers while he was inside my house (and I’d just met him).
Famous AC was recommended to me by someone in my neighborhood and I’m definitely going to recommend all the time.
