I want to give negative stars. This guy took my money, came and measured my partner and never called us back or returned emails. Total con-​artist! The worst!

We ordered a Living Social deal and finally had to get our money back because C-​Bespoke was so terrible. We had to call several times to make the appointment, finally went and were told that they would call in 6 – 8 weeks when the shirt was ready. We had to call them back at 8 weeks to no response, then at 12 weeks we had to leave countless messages to finally get these jokers on the phone only to have them say that they «think it might be ready» and that they would be willing to give us a complementary shirt. We call back a week later several times to no response again thus we decided to get our money back through Living Social.
Terrible communication and no regard for customer service. Don’t trust your money to these guys!

If you’ve ordered custom-​made shirts before, you might think that the negative reviews about C Bespoke are hyperbole from people who aren’t used to working with a tailor. You might think that your patience, persistence, and politeness will lead to nice clothes at a good price from C Bespoke. If so, you should think again.
From a customer service perspective, the experience was uniquely infuriating. I bought a voucher for 5 shirts from C Bespoke as a gift for my husband, and the customer service was much worse than with the other merchant from whom he has bought custom clothing. Our experience is consistent with the other reviews about the merchant not responding to phone calls or emails and not having working voicemail (at least on his office line — he at one point had a personal cell phone that had working voicemail). Despite repeated inquiries and promises (and finally a refund request to the provider of the voucher), he did not deliver anything until 6 months after the order was placed. When my husband finally went to pick up the order, he learned that the office had moved. Thanks for wasting another 20 minutes to figure this out and trek over to the new location!
Here are a few highlights on the shirts that were provided:
3 had stains.
A shirt was yellow instead of the requested white.
On one shirt, there was a removable collar stay on one side of the collar only (the other was sewn shut, with no stay). The same collar was half an inch longer than the sample shown when the order was placed (it looks pretty bad). The collar also pointed out, rather than down. Collars seem to be a problem.
All of the shirts had other problems, such as the wrong type of cuff, wrong button color, other collar issues, etc. If you’re buying custom shirts, shouldn’t it be right?
Personal «favorite»: a gray shirt came with contrasting white cuffs and collar, which was the opposite of what was ordered. The merchant asserted that the contrast was requested. But really, who pays for a custom shirt for their Gordon Gekko costume?
Thoroughly worn down at this point, we are going to see if our regular tailor and dry cleaner can salvage some of this, rather than bother with C Bespoke. You really don’t want to work with this guy. Even if it seems like a good deal, you’ll just end up raising your blood pressure, wasting time, and throwing your money away.

I was fitted by Omar in the fall of 2012, and I STILL have not received my suit OR any communication from the company. I even tried to do Omar a favor, one businessman to another. While he was writing up the order, I looked online for reviews. When I found one or two that were horrible, I showed them to him so that he could be aware. He said that they were competitors, and I told him that this was his chance to prove that he was worthy of good reviews. It was about eight weeks before Thanksgiving, and I told him that I wanted to wear it for Thanksgiving and would give him good reviews if he came through. CLEARLY waiting 10 months (and still no contact, for the record), is NOT what I had in mind.

Horrible company. I have repeatedly tried to contact the company and they have not responded to my inquiries. I was fitted in November of 2012 and as of today June 2013 I still have not received my clothes. I have reported them to the Gilt group (bought a voucher; only reason why I went with Corona Bespoke) and I will also mention this to Living social. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!

TERRIBLE customer service. I placed my order for a single shirt literally 6 months ago (Dec 2012) and as of 6÷6÷2013, my order still hasn’t finished. I haven’t even been able to go in for my fitting. They are extremely difficult to get a hold of, and when you do, they typically don’t know the status of your order or where your specific supplies are («it says I have it in my inventory but I don’t see it here so I need to call the warehouse and check with the cutter»).
There is literally no shirt that is worth waiting 6 months for. I don’t care how great it looks once I finally receive it (if ever).

Please, do not waste your time with C Bespoke or Omar. I went by the Woodway Drive location in January to be fitted for a custom shirt (it was a Living Social deal). I was measured by Omar in his office «suite» which if it was 100 sq ft, I would be surprised. After I decided on the options, he said the shirt would be ready in 8 weeks. So its been 16 weeks now and no word from Omar. I have sent several emails asking for an update and they have all gone unanswered.
I would not waste your time with this place, I ignored the reviews and now mine is the same as the others…

Please help others by filing a complaint with the BBB, Groupon, and the Harris County District Attorney’s office.
This merchant’s conduct is arguably an illegal misrepresentation of service.
I think the one (1) 4-​star rating was from a friend

Our story is the same as all the others:
My son ordered a suit in August 2012 for fall interviews.
He called countless times; only to find voice mailbox full.
He emailed. No reply.
He finally spoke to owner, in October who told him, «In a couple of weeks»
He called again and again in November, December, etc.
No answer.
Finally he called in March, 2013, only to be told «in a couple of weeks»
He has canceled his order.
We got Visa to get our money back from Groupon.
Owner still owes $ 200, and no money yet.
I will be talking to an attorney and the Harris County Assistant District Attorney’s office.

Same as everyone else! I have been trying to get in contact with Omar for weeks with no luck. My coworker was happy with her husband’s suit and shirt but she also said the customer service was horrible. There are far better suit makers in Houston with quality work and service. Omar is a very nice guy, however customer service goes a long way.
I finally got through to someone after 2 ½ weeks of calling everyday. They told me my suit will be ready the first or second week in March. We will see. That date is 2 months longer than the given timeline, which would be okay if you weren’t left without a response.
I talked to someone who said they were one person and was actually the owner. They scheduled an appointment with me, so I reworked my schedule to make it work and I received a cancellation call 30 mins. Before the appointment. This place is a joke. It is such a waste of time and money. I have called groupon to report them as we’ll as reported them to BBB.
After calling Groupon, the business finally called and scheduled a time to meet. I was able to pick up my suit. Thank God it fit very well. The owner apologized for the customer service. They still owe me a shirt. He said it would be in next week. We will see. I think that the owner means well but is way over his head. He said he does business in Dallas and Austin but is not even doing well in Houston. My suit was nice and he is a nice guy but that doesn’t make money. If I were him I would minimize my business and concentrate on the service.

Don’t listen to the ONLY person to leave a 5 star rating about Corona Bespoke, C Bespoke. Every other reviewer gave him a 1 (read «0»), including me. This guy is a total fraud.
I just had the same experience as all of the other reviewers here. I took the morning off to get measured for a custom shirt, Omar said it may take a few months to get me the shirt. I emailed him 4 months later and he told me the material was back ordered and he’d rush the shirt to me within the week. A month later, after not hearing a word or getting the shirt, I emailed him again. I never heard back from him again. It has been about 7 months since I got measured. I don’t think I’ll ever get that shirt. At this point I really don’t want it. This guy has no integrity at all and I will never recommend his services to anyone. Beware, do not go to this guy. He will rip you off.

I NEVER GOT MY SHIRT — I made an appt with this vendor at their temp office in downtown Austin (a man named Omar) using a Groupon my wife bought me for a gift– they measured me and a shirt order was placed… several weeks later I received an email from Omar stating that there was a problem with the batch they received from overseas and that they would have to reorder and it would be several more weeks. A few MONTHS later I remembered I never received anything and so I called them about 3 weeks ago. After finally reaching someone, they said «oh yes it’s right here, we’ll ship it out right away» and still have not received it. A total rip-​off and my wife is now pursuing a refund of the groupon.

The worst groupon deal I ever had; it has been one year — yes one year and still nothing. I got a refund from groupon. Omar met me did measurements and I never heard from him again. It is not even a real store in Austin. I emailed corporate — heard from them once then never again. The most money I ever spent on groupon and never will again. I went to Men’s wearhouse and got a suit tailored to my measurements for half the price and in one week.

I used a gilt city voucher. Met with Omar to get measured. Waited two months for the shirts to come in. Tried them on and they needed minor changes. I ordered more shirts at the same time willing to wait a while. It’s been a year– yes! One year! No shirts, no refund and at least two promises to mail them. Emails and all to prove it. Omar seems well intentioned, but is in over his head running his business. Now, he’s become a thief because of it.

UPDATE: So finally received the one shirt in February 2013 — after ordering in July 2012. Fabric is not the same as ordered. Placard is terrible and will not lay flat. Shoulders to not fit (too large). Neck is too large. Initials are off center of cuff and were supposed to be in contrasting color, but are not. Back is a larger cut ans sewn to bring material in. So much for custom. It looks like it was purchased off the rack and given «custom» touches. I never received a visit or fitting to make certain this is the product ordered, but instead was shipped via USPS. I looks terrible. Such an awful experience.

Awful. Let me start out by saying that in case you don’t read further. I purchased a living social voucher for a custom shirt. It took two months to get in touch with Omar to go in for a measurement — usually the voice mail was full. By the way, it is a cell phone — so not a real company. After several calls, I finally was able to make an appointment in August 2012. I was told the shirt would be ready in four weeks. Thank goodness I did not get the «upsell» package he was pushing. About 6 weeks later I had not heard from him, so I called. Left several voice mails, but no return call. I finally did get a hold of him and he said «a couple of more weeks». A couple of weeks later I called again, and we made an appointment for November 9. I showed up at the appropriate place and time and was greeted with, «did we call you to tell you it was ready?». Of course I drove out of my way, showed up at his «executive suites» office for my fitting and there was no shirt. He tells me it is at the Houston warehouse (probably his bedroom) and he will FedEx it to me the next day. I called to make certain it was FedExed. He said he didn’t have the shirt and he would call me with an update. That was six weeks and several phone calls ago. I still have yet to hear from him. I have contacted Living Social, but they have been unhelpful. Please do not use this «company».

Heard about C Bespoke through Living Social and was so impressed with the level of detail and professionalism! Omar was wonderful to work with and gave us some great suggestions and was very helpful. I’m not sure why other consumers had a difficult time with communication. C Bespoke was easy to get in touch with and got back to me quickly. It does take some time to get your order in but that is the point of getting something custom versus off the rack. Looking forward to getting more custom items from them!

Like everyone else, I had a horrible experience here. I see that he is on Living Social. Don’t even bother. My wife ordered this for a gift. This guy Omar had me wait and wait. The shirt looked like it came from K-​Mart. But worse than that, it was the wrong size! Custom shirt huh?
I told my wife to get her refund.

Edit: I want this review to show up so that people know how terrible C Bespoke is. I checked my records and it has been ten months since I placed this order and I still do not have a jacket that fits and I have yet to obtain a refund.
REMOVING his name so that the review will show up, the owner is a nice guy, but I have been trying to get a sports coat from him for ten months — we’re now on the fourth iteration of this coat and they still can’t get it even close to right. I’m not talking about little things, but huge things: I order a two-​button jacket, I get a one button. I order 3″ lapels, I get 41/​2″ I order a blue lining, I get black. So, they ‘re-​make’ it by cutting the lapels down to ¹¹⁄₂ inches. The second jacket, which just had to be exactly the same size as the first, had sleeves two inches too short, was too long, too big in the waist and still had giant lapels.
As others have said, the owner never returns your calls, texts or emails. You have to hound him to get him to pick up the phone.
If they don’t refund my money at this point, I will deal with them through my credit card company.
I’m embarrassed to have wasted this much time with C Bespoke.

So, the saga continues. I emailed Omar in mid-​July about getting the shirt re-​measured and remade. He tells me to come in on this random day after 6:30 to see him. That day, I head on over to this new building he’s located in and call. His receptionist (Letty I think) tells me that Omar’s schedule is full and can’t see me. I told her that he told me in an email to show up but she insisted his schedule is full.
She rescheduled me one week later with an appointment. Well, I get there for the reschedule an no one is there. I call the phone number of the business 20 times and finally someone picks up. It’s a completely random guy other than Omar. He says that I got the appointment wrong and it was the day before.
I was so irate that I couldn’t even fathom how bad this company really is. I asked them why didn’t they even have the courtesy to call and ask me why I didn’t show up to my appointment and they guy on the phone said that they just assume we didn’t want to show up for our appointment.
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM C BESPOKE ANYBODY. Just read these other reviews. Omar’s voicemail box is ALWAYS full and they have the WORST customer service. It’s so bad, I want to start a poll on what I should do with this horrible shirt. I will probably donate it to Goodwill b/​c I’m sure there is someone out there who has a sleeve length of 37″.

Met with Omar, ordered and paid for shirts in early April of 2012. Haven’t heard anything since and can’t reach him because his voice mail is always full. Not even sure they are still in business.
