BreWingz Sports Bar and Grill

Our card was double charged due to some «cable» incident, now we have to wait 2 weeks for a refund, absolutely horrible, kept telling us «we are sorry, they are working on it» will NEVER go there again!!!

I like to try different ‘wings’ places all over Houston. This location has a rather large size menu and some surprises. Have visited it 5 times in 5 weeks. Recently went purposely off time to check out with my family. Got the Texas Party Platter, also sides of mozzarella sticks, 2 dinner salads. The 25 wings, we got 3 flavors, hot garlic, honey bbq & siracha orange. The wings cooked great, crispy outside, moist inside, a LOT of chili cheese fries came with platter, as did carrots & celery & ranch. Wife got a tap beer, was icy cold.
The salads were crisp & fresh & high five to the cook who got the cheese sticks right, as too many places wait until the sticks ‘burst’ before removing them from fryer, these were perfect, no cracks. The waitress checked on us a number of times, refilling tea, Dr Pepper sodas for the kids. Asking if we needed anything. I believe Kenya was name. Manager brought us the platter, great to see top of food chain helping out crew, and engaged as opposed to sitting in office or standing around barking orders, teamwork goes a long way in restaurant business!
The only drawback is NOT at Brewingz but Hiway 290 which is under massive construction. This location is at 290 at Tidwell, and only 1 lane open on feeder. But well worth the traffic to get here & have some great food. If people can get to Wal Mart on corner there, they can easily get to Brewingz. This is our family’s new ‘go to place’ for wings.

Well it turns out no one had made my order ! My friend would of had to wait until they made it ! that’s the whole reason why I called 20 min before ! Overall a really bad place to eat

I love the wings here. They are nice and crispy and very flavorful. The garlic Parmesan is better than any other place I’ve been to. It’s drenched in butter and garlic and I love it. The onion rings are also good here. Nice flaky and just a bit crispy enough to enjoy it.
The lunch special of 8 nuggets and fries is a pretty good deal for 7 bucks.
At this location I would have to say service could be a little bit better, seemed a little bit slow maybe due to it being lunch or maybe even under staffed.

Terrible service! After being seated we waited quite a while for a waiter… as the manager was standing near us a chunk of that time changing the channels on the TVs but didn’t notice that we were without drinks or being visited by a waiter. We finally grabbed a waitress walking by to see if someone could take our order. Finally, a waitress takes our drink order which they did not have the first two beers my husband ordered and the first wine I ordered. My wine came at least 10 minutes after the beer because they «couldn’t fine the wine opener.» The wine, when I finally got it, was so bad tasting that I couldn’t drink it. The potato skins were edible as were the wings but so not worth going back!

Was waiting for service for 20 minutes… I was not even asked what I would like to drink… Was not even established after being seated that someone will be with us shortly… I got frustrated and left… While walking out staff was saying have a good night after playing on their phone not knowing I just came in the door without being assisted… I didn’t say anything because I was too mad and I didn’t want to have my appetite ruined… Now I’m in wings and things and already been served my drink and my order taken in less than 5 minutes now that’s what I call service! This happened last night!

Not an ideal place for brew or wings
Limited to zero selection of beer.
Imagine a malnourished and an aged chicken then imagine the size of their legs and wings. That’s what fills the wing baskets in this and every other brewingz. It is a disgrace to wings. Brewingz should be banned from serving chicken wings because if someone had wings here the first time in their life, they would omit wings from their list of things to eat. Ever.
If you want wings or beer then DO NOT go to brewingz.
They should rename the place «brewlessweakwingz»

Went in to try lunch at this place for the first time… worst mistake ever!!! Took over 10 for a waitress to come get our drinks then by the time we knew it it was 40 minutes in and we still didn’t get our food!!! what a lunch. Wasted my time. Told my whole office about your service and guess what??? They just lost a lot of business. After 40 mins the food still wasn’t there so we left. Then the manager tried to make us pay for our ice tea!!! Wasted my lunch then want me to pay for tea??? Shhh… Brewingz SUCKS! My mission is to tell all my friends, family, co-​workers and all social media friends no to support Brewingz. Thanks… for nothing. i don’t recommend this place to anyone. Service is garbage.

Horrible service. My kids and I went in for dinner. We each ordered wings and a basket of fries for the three of us to share. My kids’ orders came, as well as the fries. A couple of minutes later the waitress shows up and asks how everything is. I said we’re waiting on my order. She said I’ll go check on it.
I told my kids to eat so their food wouldn’t get cold. Minutes later our waitress returns to clean the table next to us and she says nothing. Five minutes later she brings my wings and apologized for the wait.
I started eating and a quarter of the way through I ran out of my drink. The waitress NEVER returned. We finished eating and I went to the restroom. I returned and we talked for about ten minutes and still no waitress. I told my kids, let’s go, I’ll pay up front. I went to the front and the girl printed my ticket. She showed it to me and asked if it was correct. I told her my order was missing off of it. THEN my waitress finally shows. My waitress printed out a new bill with my order on it. That’s the first time in about twenty years I’ve not left a tip.
The floor to the restaurant was sticky from spilt drinks and there was trash on the floor. Really unprofessional all the way around.
We won’t ever be back.

I’ve been here a couple of times, especially since I used to live near here and also now work near here. Food is bland, wings are flavorless and the staff is unhelpful. Our waitress barely paid any attention to us and we were so annoyed because we only get 1 hour for lunch.
Not going back anytime soon.

Terrible service! Im pretty sure our waitress was either drunk or high and could barely take our drink order. We left after we ordered our drinks because water was dripping on us from the ceiling. Before this visit when we actually ordered food, it wasn’t very good. The staff is a lot of young people just goofing around all of the time. Get a better staff of capable human beings!

The tailgate platters are a good price/​value, but that’s about all Brewingz has to offer other than the thin and crunchy onion rings. The wings were so tiny. The boneless wings were soggy. The chili cheese fries were simply frozen fries with stadium nacho cheese and canned chili. The sauces were hard to distinguish from one another and the habanero mango wasn’t even spicy.
BWW and Pluckers are way better. Heck Wing Stop is better. My wife and I will not be returning.

I’m suspicious this location is closed for business. There weren’t any signs indicating such; however, we showed up at 11:15 am today to give this place a try and the doors were locked. The times on the door said they opened at 11 am on Saturday, but although there were 3 or 4 cars in the parking lot, there wasn’t a soul around.

I gave this place another chance and I just don’t get the fascination. I luv their lunch menu, but (besides their boneless wings being smaller than chicken McNuggets) their sauces have the horrible taste of butter soaked throughout them and it takes away from the taste of what the sauce is supped to be.
I ordered Chipotle and Suicidal flavored boneless wings and couldn’t even tell which was which, but I did taste butter. The Suicidal was not even hot.
Unless my pals want to go, I’m going to strick with BW3’s and Hooters!

I went here for lunch yesterday with a friend. Waitstaff was great and very attentive. The Mango Habanero Shrimp was delicious and I could surely double up on an order of these easily. I go the chili cheese hot dog with fries and my friend got the 8 piece wings. I must say for this to be a wing place their wings are awfully small. But my coworker had already warned me about that and I tried to warn my friend. He said they were good. My hot dog was good but I would have enjoyed my meal more if my fries were actually hot. I really don’t enjoy lukewarm food.
Will I come back… yeah sure, but not in any hurry.

Went here with my best friend and our kids last night and it was the worst experience ever. First off the waitresses and waiters are young, inexperienced and clueless. Secondly we ordered 50 wings and only received 40. Thirdly I asked the waiter to bring us a couple plates and forks. After waiting about 5 minute I got up to go get them myself. Upon walking around the corner I found 4 of the waitstaff leaning on the walls and standing around chit chatting. The waiter quickly says oh I forgot your stuff. The list goes on, but I’ll stop here.
Anyway needless to say we will not be going back or any other Brewingz, I will stick to Buffalo Wild Wings thank you.

Wanted to try this place since it’s near me. Some of the problems I had are just a matter of taste, but I will probably not be back. I ordered the 15-​piece boneless with Thai Spice flavor. The place wasn’t that busy but my order took almost 30 minutes to come out. The waitress apologized when she finally brought it and told me she had «thrown some extras in because of the wait.» Good thing because the pieces were rather small for the most part.
The chicken was well-​cooked and flavorful (I think they used a combination of white and dark meat, which was the best thing about them). But the breading is very corn-​starchy, and I didn’t care for it all that much. The Thai sauce was syrupy sweet and just overpowering. I realized I probably should have got a more traditional wing flavor to test the place out. I got a small cup of ranch dressing and glad I didn’t ask for more since it’s $ 1 per extra cup.
Something in the breading or the sauce gave me a terrible case of gas afterward, so as I said, it’s unlikely I will go back.

Poor service. Blue cheese dressing is watery. Walk in the door and the staff is just sitting around like waiting for a table. Waitress brought our check halfway through our meal without being asked.
Not as good as Wings n More.
Do not go here.

Now first off let me tell you I’m not really a wing person however I decided to try this place out for lunch and they have a pretty reasonable lunch menu.
I had the chicken tender salad (garlic Parmesan chicken) SOOOOO FREAKING GOOD!!! And for the price I think a lot of food. Everything is super fresh and the chicken had good flavor.
I usually pick up so I don’t have an opinion on the customer service while dining in but for to go service has been decent. No issues and our order is usually waiting on us when we get there.
