I stumbled upon this car wash on my way home from St Thomas. Very convenience and the 10% off is another plus. I often go to best hand car wash on Richmond and one on blablock. Yet this place is my favorite so far. Car is super clean they wiped all dashboard. This will be my go to place in Montrose.

Month’s ago one of my friends drunkenly threw up in my car, he offered to pay for the was but I was always too lazy to take it anywhere. After months of a dirty car, I decided to jump on the offer. He recommended Aqua to me. I went, as I pulled up, one of the service girls rushed to my car and offered me different washes. I went with a $ 90 shampoo wash. Never have I spent that much on a car wash, but being that I wasn’t paying for it, I took it.
I have never been more satisfied with anything, ever. I’ve been bragging about this place for a week now, hoping that my friends will jump on the band wagon with me.
I had arranged a pick up so I didn’t get to enjoy the waiting area, once I saw it (after getting dropped back off) I instantly regretted not waiting for my car there.
Definitely going to turn this into a thing now. Thinking about going every other month or so.

Don’t come here if you are in a hurry.
I honestly don’t mind waiting.
I think they threw out my tire lock, not knowing it was a tire lock inside a plastic bag, because the last time I saw my tire lock was when I had my car detailed here.
They placed items in a bag that had originally had trash inside it: That bothered me.
If I left something in the car, please place it in the glove compartment, or in the door: Not in a bag that previously had trash inside it.
The car scent disappeared quickly.
It’s hard to tell if your car is done or not as there is no one calling your name or anything to that extent.

Outside was clean. Basics like wiping/​drying the door Wells, placing floor mats back where they came from, and they did a poor job of wiping the front dash and windshield. These are reasonable expectations for $ 35. Disappointing.

I got the complete package and it was worth every penny — the interior of my car was destroyed by my child and reeked — i got my car back in LIKE NEW condition and the interior smelled like brand new. I am so pleased with the work I cant stop gloating about it! From the wheels to the dashboard, my car is sparkling! Will come again!

Second time here. I got the basic plus for $ 25. I told the woman that works there that I just needed the inside detailed without shampoo and an exterior wash. With the 10% check in offer it came out to be $ 21 without tip. Wait time isn’t bad. I think I was in and out with an hour. I came on a Thur between 2 – 3 pm. There were about 8 – 10 people waiting for their cars. You have to pay attention to your car because when they are done they honk your horn and wave a towel in hopes you notice.

I can’t make work calls while I wait because it would sound like I’m at a bar! Only reason I take my car elsewhere if I need to make business calls while I wait.

I was happy with the car wash I received. they did a great job. Also they finished it in a very timely manner. The only thing that could use a lot of improvement was their customer service and their waiting room. They had a good idea by putting coffee and cookies out for everyone but everything was just sloppy. It looked like the cookies were just thrown out there. Also it was nice that they had a TV to watch. The girls working were very cold and not really hospitable. If they improve there customer service and put more effort into there waiting room it would make a huge difference in the vibe at this place.

I LOVED this place. I had the monthly VIP package even. After a couple of months I came out to my shiny car and drove it home as I would normally. I did not have a reason with these guys to inspect my vehicle like I did at the beginning. To my absolute dismay I found very deep scratches on my roof and trunk where someone took a very dirty rag and wiped it– it looked like 60-​grit sandpaper was used. I was floored. I skipped out on work and took the vehicle up there immediately. The manager tried to buff out the scratches to no avail. I worked with the owner for a bit on a solution but he wanted me to go clear across town where I would have to leave my car. I ended up getting a BMW recommended body shop get out most of the scratches but they are still present. Cost to me? $ 400. I wouldn’t recommend this car wash to someone with a Tonka truck.

Like many car owners in Houston, it’s hard to justify paying for a fancy car wash when you know it’s going to pour and be ruined anyways. However, I knew I undoubtedly needed to get my seats shampooed and was nervous about shelling out the money (for my first time) without knowing the quality I would receive.
For $ 100, my crossover got completely shampooed, washed, and hand detailed. It was worth it (especially considering how embarrassed I was about some of the more questionable stains). Aqua is in a pretty good spot, and it was a nice walking distance (just a block or two) to the bayou so I could spend the 2 hours at the dog park with my pup and go on a quick jog while my car was getting cleaned.
The waiting area outside isn’t covered unfortunately so it was kind of miserable waiting in the sun (with a dog as well). But the facilities seemed really nice and were very clean. Also, they get extremely busy on Saturdays! I dropped off my car at 9:30 and the line was already getting quite long. I ended up being there about a half hour more than they had originally told me.
Will definitely go back!

I got the $ 80 interior detail (+10% discount for Unilocal check-​in) for my Mazda 3.
THE WAIT: I waited almost 2 hours in their waiting room, which was casual but comfortable. It had lots of windows so you could actually see your car being worked on, the bathroom was surprisingly nice and clean, and there’s also an outdoor area to wait in. There was wifi but I didn’t get a great signal (not sure if it was my phone or the wifi). Apparently it gets very busy there on weekends/​evenings, but I went mid-​day and there were probably 20 people filtering in and out just getting quick car washes during my 2 hours. It never felt crowded, and they got to work on my car within 10 minutes of my arrival.
THE WORK: My main reason for going was to get the food/​coffee/​puppy stains out of my tan fabric car seats. I asked the nice woman who works there if I should get one of the pricier services to do that, but she said the normal $ 80 interior detail would do the job. She was totally right. My car was sparkling on the outside, there was not one visible speck of dirt or dust on the inside, and the seat stains were GONE! I was shocked — I’ve paid double this at other places and still found areas missed. It was clear that time and attention was spent on every detail; my car looked new again. I’ll definitely be back again for future washes & details.

Hubbs wanted to get his brand new used 4-​Runner waxed, so we headed over since they had great reviews. You have to sit in your car in a queue and a nice girl will come up to your window and ask what you want. You have to stay in your car until you reach the covered area, and then you leave your keys and go to the waiting area. To my delight, they offered free Otis Spunkmeyer cookies, to which I helped myself to two. They also provide free coffee, as well as a seating area with several chairs, many magazines, even a children’s playing area and a TV. There’s also an outdoor deck and picnic bench armed with a checkers board rug and oversized pieces (I beat my husband twice, btw).
In the end, the car looked great, they waxed the «right» way (hubbs pointed out that they dried between the cracks with air pressure before applying the wax), and it was a decent price. I wouldn’t mind coming back!

This place has cheap prices for a hand car wash. There’s usually a line and about a 30 minute wait. They do a good job especially for the prices they charge. If you check in with Unilocal they will give you a discount– yayyyy!!! Check this place out.

It’s a good car wash location & if you check-​in with belly to get a 15% discount. The person at the desk where you pay is not always the friendliest & the wait time can be long when it’s busy. The vaccum job they do is usually not through. They are ok but I have another location that I prefer to go to now.
We brought our car in to get the engine detailed but they were unable to do the job. When the girl at the desk called us to pick up the car, she advised us however she still charged us the full price. That was the last time I went here, it really put me off.
I find it pricey compared to other places that offer the same services.

I will occasionally come here if south beach is too busy and I’m in a pinch for time. The positives are they are usually faster then the other hand car washes and the waiting area is bigger. Negatives: they want you to wait in your car until they get what kind of wash you want but the person taking the washes is also the person running the register and the flow of traffic is not good. Also, one time they didn’t know how to operate my car and ended up pushing all the buttons.

Whenever Keep It Clean is too packed, I come here. They are a couple of bucks more but I think it’s justified. They have a bigger lot, and can accommodate more cars. They’re pretty quick and their detailers really know what they’re doing.

Poor car wash. I could have done just as good going through the gas station car wash. The setup seems promising and they entice you with free cooking but the most important part (the car wash) lacks any attention to detail.
I got the the basic plus which include inside and outside wash, vacuum and door jambs.
Once I saw the girl lethargically cleaning the interior I knew I was doomed. They left areas not vacuumed and did a lack luster job not washing a moderately dirty car well. Door jambs were half done along with a long list of other things. I’ve provided pictures as well.
It’s a simple case of not taking time to do things right. Get on your personnel to care about doing proper work for clients.
