Amazing Lash Studio

Second time going to this location. Definitely glad I made the change and will make this my permanent location. Martina is a great stylist. Caters to the style you want. I Always fall asleep in my appointments it’s so relaxing.
The staff are friendly and welcome you with smiles when you walk in. Location is super clean and comfortable.

This review is not about service, as I didn’t have an opportunity to be served because my appointment was cancelled 10 minutes before I was to receive service (and as I was on my way out of tow for an important event).
I was also told I would have to reschedule for an entirely different day if I wanted service at all (which I explained was impossible).
I asked the front desk attendant if I could be squeezed in with another technician (as my tech apparently called out).
I was told no.
I asked if I could speak with a manager to try and resolve my issue.
I was told that the manager was not in and could not be called until 11 am (my appointment was at 9 am).
I asked if there was any centralized corporate customer service number I could call regarding my last minute cancellation.
I was told that because the studio was individually owned there was no one I could call.
Any business without an established protocol to resolve customer service issues is not worth any of my time or money!
Customers, beware before booking and expecting service at this location!
My complaint was not the cancellation, it was the lack of care concerning my dilemma and the absence of any attempt to remedy my issue.
Luckily, I was able to book with another Amazing Lash Studio with better customer care!

I wish I could give this location 0 stars. Let’s start by the fact that I got a bacterial infection on my eye lid 24 hours after my appointment. Either the tweezers or the lashes were not sterile. This is on top of the hour and a half it took to receive a half ass, horrible fill. My lashes have never looked this bad.
Let’s just say my lashes only cover outwards to inner, ²⁄₃ of my lid. The entire inner lashes were left off because the girl, while very sweet, must have learned to do this two days prior. I also stood up and looked in the mirror and had about 15 stray lashes she dropped on my face.
I usually go to the one on Shepherd and I will never stray again. I really wish I could get my money back but after having a membership for almost a year now, I know they do not do business very well as a company in general!

Ashley was absolutely amazing! She made sure I was completely comfortable and pleased with the lashes before I left. I will definitely come back. I even became a member because of this experience.

Brenda is awesome! Totally listens to what look you want I highly highly recommend her everyone must go see her awesome personality and very easy going! Will definitely be coming back!

I’ve gotten my lashes done at amazing lash for 2 years now as a member. I got them done today and they look like crap! They are not full at all and she put lashes on my bottom lid on accident! Im going to have to get them refilled at a DIFFERENT location next week and pay AGAIN to cover up the crappy job done today.
All they can do is offer a correction by one of their other unqualified «stylists». They do not have any master stylists since they are brand new. I did complain when I saw them! And then I also called! Now, I get to be treated like crap and not like a customer who has been a member for a year and a half. No refund, or correction for free at a different location since this location is full of people who can obviously not do their job correctly! When I was checking out there were 2 other girls complaining about their experience and their lashes as well. This is not an individual thing, it’s the store all together that obviously does not know how to do lashes! Now I am having to pay for a refill today to get it done CORRECTLY, like it should have BEEN DONE IN THE FIRST PLACE!!!

Got a set yesterday! Awesome job I love how they look! Have had several compliments already. Thon was great and didn’t take too long. Definitely will be back.

I had my first full set applied today. It was a relaxing process and I actually fell asleep for awhile. It does take some time, so come prepared to take a cat nap. The lash technician was professional and provided a quality experience. The studio was clean and smoothly run. I would definitely return.

I got my lashes done for the first time with Vivi. They look amazing! So glad I got them done. Will definitely come back.
