Stopped here on our way home from Pacific Beach. The place is small but smells amazing. The weekends are probably busier than weekdays but it’s worth it for fresh posole and menudo– a Mexican hangover cure.
I had an order of chicken sopitos. They were simple but finger-​licking good. You get 3 small sopitos– the perfect amount of food. Watch out for the red salsa– yummy but verry spicy!

Stopped here a few times and love their food. More people should know about them. The lady below that prefers McDonalds over authentic Mexican food and thinks $ 8.00 for a big mac, fries and coke is a better value than $ 10.00 for an Esada plate with fresh steak, onions, bell peppers, rice, beans and 4 or 5 fresh hot tortillas must really have some vendetta against these nice folks. Great food and very nice people! Dont listen to idiot hater.
