Coming into Aberdeen feels a bit like you’ve just stepped onto the set of The Deer Hunter. If you can get past that, are hungry, and want a Mexican Coke made with real sugar, this is a great spot. Very solid, authentic Mexican food and charming service served in a relatively run-down space.

Just moved up from San Diego and have been on the search for good Mexican food. Happened to be traveling thru Aberdeen and based on the reviews decided to give it a try. Was not disappointed! Carne Asada was awesome, horchata was decent, super nachos were loaded, the adobada and the beans were really good. The only thing I wouldn’t get again are the tamales, they were just average.

I’m from the SW, too, and all I’m saying is that this place is about the closest I’ve come in the NW to a fantastic chain back home called Filiberto’s. Awesome. I’d give it 5 stars but I’ve only been there once.

Authentic Mexican, very ethnic, great home made salsa, guac, super reasonable. I would strong recommend it for healthy, economical, authentic and flavor.

This place is as authentic as it gets in the NW, and I’m from the SW so thoae words aren’t spoken lightly. I had the chimichanga with carne asada and it was mouth-watering good.
