Paradigm Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning, Inc. has over two decades of experience. We provide service to all surrounding areas of New Hampshire, as well as parts of Maine, and Massachusetts in Residential and Commercial for remodeling, repairs and maintenance, new construction, and water conditioning. We are independently owned.

Our mission statement is dedicated to providing competitively priced plumbing, heating, and air conditioning services without compromising quality, to assemble a group of people with individual talents, personalities and experience, and provide a means to master and maintain their work with a high degree of efficiency and workmanship in a comfortable, fun, productive environment; and to build a customer base to insure the future growth of this company, and its growth and progress for years to come.

Business Owner

Steve’s primary objective is to serve others through Paradigm Plumbing and Heating, knowing that success begins with service. He utilizes all his resources, talents and experience to assist others. Mentorship to our future business leaders is a role Steve has more recently taken on since resigning as Director of the Business Network International. As a boss, he considers his employees part of his team and encourages their participation in non-​profit organizations. He welcomes feedback.
